Figured I'd share:

I was out at my weekly club I frequent every weekend, and get approached by a hot 24 yr old in heels and a mini-skirt. Another one of the hot typical "trendy" chicks that I've always attracted. She may have liked they way I moved on the dancefloor(I'm a damn good dancer, I'm proud to say). As I'm dancing, she comes up to me and asks me if I want to dance, reaching out with her hand. I agreed, we start dancing. I notice she's with 3 other guys, and as we're dancing, her male "orbiters" are up her ass literally right behind her, looking at her with that, "I wish I could have you right now" look to their faces. I couldn't even dance with the chick in peace. At one point she told them to get lost, as she shooed them away with her hand. It was so lame, you had to see the way these guys were acting, oh man. It was one of the worst AFC, male orbiter behaviors I've ever seen.

I had few orbiters this past weekend with a plate of mine.

I met her at a bar and some of her guy friends were there. I'm hanging out with her, hanging around different areas in the bar, dancing, etc. And every time I went somewhere else without her, she followed me few minutes later....and her orbiters followed her almost instantly. :flowers:

Now I'm the type of guy who doesn't give two $hits about who the orbiters are so I didn't ask her about them. She tells me that those guys want to get with her, but she's just friends with them.

This plate has been trying to get me to commit to her for some time now so this was the perfect opportunity for her to show me that, "See...I literally have a line of guys ready to take me out to dinner and get serious with me."

God bless the orbiters. Without them, the competition would be more cut throat and tougher.

The worst are the one's that have a woman, but want the one you're with. Those guys really make me sick. It's bad enough you can't just go get a woman of your own somehwere else, but you stay in a relationship with one you don't want but want to basically be around the one I have? What is wrong with people? But orbiters get on my nerves because they don't have the balls to come at you, but want to sit around and pray you mess up. I truthfully have more respect for guys who just can't get a date or even the one's who fight over women than an orbiter.

I recall a similar incident where a hot girl who I had gone out with previously was at a sushi place with 4 of her male friends the same time I was there. She took the opportunity to come over to my table and start kissing me on the ear while all 4 dudes were salivating and staring at me from across the sushi bar. I'm confident that she wanted me to ask for her number again, yet I refused to even acknowledge that she had her tongue in my ear and was grabbing my d1ck. The real entertainment was the reaction from the wide eyed group of males when I dissed her and pushed her away...LOL! They about fell off their chairs in surprise!

I guess I am not that familiar with the "I wish I could have her look" these days because if I am grinding with a goodlooking lady I am usually too busy priming her poonani to pay attention to some d-bags checking the situation from the outside.

Who is more insecure, the guy watching from the inside out or the guys watching from the outside in? Rhetorical question.

And if you were just observing your surroundings as the good things went down what other trends that set the mood did you notice and why not post them here as well?

I just wonder at what point this woman, who you engaged socially and took the initial steps in the dance of seduction both figuratively and literally, noticed that you put some of your focus on the d-bags?

Did you get her number? A kiss?

Do you think she may have perceived on a sub-concious or concious level that you were threatened by the guys? I think she would have perceived them to be a threat you, if you gave any more than a passing glance and I think you did pay attention to them because you came here to post about it
and painted a picture of their faces.

I guess the point is, there are douchebags world-over but why compete with them? Why compete with an idiot or be threatened by some schmuck? Guys will always want to lay the woman you are with if she is reasonably attractive.

For me bring the haters on. They are hating for a reason, but that's not my problem, that is theirs.

I think there is more for you to learn from this situation. You will continue to find yourself in similar situations until you learn whatever lesson life is teaching you.

I wasn't focusing on them at all. I knew they were there obviously, cause they were right up her ass, the losers(not even I would have done that when I behaved like an AFC), but still kept on dancing with her. Maybe I might have at one point or another gave her the impression it made me uncomfortable, but it had nothing to do with intimidation, I can assure you. It's just weird dancing with a woman having other guys watching you, especially her MALE friends. I'm a very private guy. When I'm with a woman, the most important thing to me is privacy.

Gee, take a guess. She eventually drifted away from me, the typical way a chick always plays it when you're dancing with her and she's not interested. Now don't hold me to this, but I believe she had drifted from me when I started talking to some other hot chick(but I can't remember if it was at that point that she had drifted from me. Whatever, point is, she drifted away from me, and I doubt it was because I briefly started talking to some other chick) who I accidentally bumped into while I was dancing, whom suprisingly(*sarcasm*) was with another guy whom she had been all over making out with that night, so I couldn't pursue that. But this chick I bumped into, totally vibed me, no doubt about it.

Well, I gave her no reason to. Which way she took it, I don't know. Women are often bad at perceiving things I've noticed. You can totally mean something one way through your actions, mannerisms, or by what you say, but they'll perceive you as coming off another way, and a lot of times, that can be a deal breaker because she might interpret it as AFC or whatever.

I think you did pay attention to them because you came here to post about it and painted a picture of their faces.

Just because I came to post about it, doesn't mean I focused a lot of my "attention" on them. I came to post about it, to show the forum how pathetic and how much of an extreme form of AFCism their behavior was.
