Phew... yesterdays work out was a success!

Squats 5x 242lbs 5x 242lbs

Nice! Acctually this weight seemed easy! I'm trying 264lbs next time! There was some guy there benching like 3x15 with 40-50kgs and he stared when I was squatting! It's acctually starting to feel like I'm one of the strongest guys in my gym (Yeah, I know, commercial gyms, not much to brag about haha). Still to this day I've only seen one guy there squat more (308lbs) but the squats were... Well you could barely see him move :)
No one does them here, which suck because then I can't ask for advise.

Rest went as normal.

I'm going to start writing in KG's because.... Well, it is after all my own journal and I guess most people here can count kgs (Well I know that the ones I want help from, they surely can count kg/lbs)

I had to go morning time, I though there wouldn't be a difference but clearly there was. I was tired and hadn't eaten properly. It pissed me off big time.

Bench 85kg 5/4/3 Didn't even get the 87,5kg that I got last time and didn't even get the damn 85kgs properly. I was so pissed off after this.

Rest went well cause I got more awake or something.

Deadlift 150kg 2x5 and it felt quite good. Considering to put it up to 155-160kg next time.

I noticed that some people are starting to look when I deadlift. It feels nice to know that you're getting stronger. There acctually came a guy to ask me if I could show him benching tecnique but I declined and said that I'm not nearly strong nor experienced enough to be teaching stuff and that he should ask the trainers.

Legpress 180kg 3x10

Heavy but nice. Perhaps 190kg next time.

Latpull 70kg 4x6

Perfect weight, gets real heavy in the end.
Saw some guy with straps on doing these with like 40-50kg. Now I understand how ridicilous it looks. I think they just want to look as if they're pros.... Bro if you want to look like a pro, lift heavy things.

Biceps 21kgx2 3x8

With the new tecnique I found I now really feel it burning on my biceps, which is nice.

Calfs 3x15 bw.

Hard day at work today from 7 to 19, but got lots done and tomorrow will be more chilled. I went to workout after I'd eaten at home (Aspargus soup for starter and Grilled fish with whole wheat rice for maincourse, yeah I know, mouthwatering:) )

Incline dumbell press became today Incline barbell press. Like I've written before, there aren't dumbells heavy enough in my gym.
I did the IBBP on the squatrack since there is no official incline barbell press but I noticed that it's acctually very nice because I wont need a spotter! I can put the safetys so that if I can't get it up I can just put it on the safety!
Considering doing normal Bench presses here too since I'm not getting a spotter.

Incline barbell press

5/5/5 70kg
Felt good for doing it the first time. Considering raising it next time.

Dumbell bench press

8/8/8/8 23,5kg x 2
Felt very good, tried new tecnique.

Overhead dumbell press

8/8/8 23,5kg x 2 Last time I had to lower the weight but this time it went okay, last rep was a total killer though. Nearly broke my neck when I dropped the weights :p

Tricep ála perfect10

10/10/10 55kg
I explained how to do them a few posts ago. I like doing these!

Weighted abs

10/10/10 15kg
Plate behind my head.

Funny part

There came a couple of hb 8-8,5's to the gym today. I myself try to concentrate on the workout as much as possible but even I couldn't keep my eyes of them! Doing their damn squat excersies and titty extensions!

Anyways I've made a promise not to pickup in the gym so I was just peeking like all the other creeps haha. Funnily enough there was this guy there walking like he owns the place... or that he shat his pants, you know the type, extreme try hard. Just a minute before he was benching 50kg

Couldn't go to the gym for two weeks because of work. Was one week abroad for work and two weekends in another city working. But whatever, without work I can't have a gym-membership :)

So I yesterday started the routine again from the start by having squat day.

I was determined that I'd try to lift 130kg 2x5 but got stuck at 125kg and got it only up x5 and x4. Either way it's 5kg more.

So this is how it went:

Squat (2x5) 125kg 5/4

My face got red as a tomato and I was about to pop a vessel or two :D

Legcurl (3x10) 70kg 10/10/10

Hammies were burning after these.

Bent row(4x6) 21kg db 6/6/6/6

I think I'm going to start to a halfmachine thingy for these. Or mabye a cable pull? Or are there any suggestions?

Biceps curls (3x8)

Here I did something different. I did 2x8 hammercurls with 23,5kg dumbells and 2x8 supporting my arm on a bench that was inclined with 15kg. This really raped my arms. I need to do more b-curls since it's one of the last workouts of the day I usually am a bit lazier with them than with the first workout.

Calfraises (3x15) bw

Have had my left foot f*cked now for two days, could only do right foot.
