people with steady girlfriends - how often do you see your woman?

So I have a steady girlfriend for the first time, we've been seeing eachother since like oct. but it was more laid back at first, been more of a girlfriend boyfriend type of situation since probly late winter/spring. She's cool, things are good, we get along, my friends dig her and she's cute and we fvck alot. But it's not like I'm not lookin at mad females all fvckin day salivating and I defnitly need to eventually bed many more hot women before I'm ready to settle down.

Anyway, I guess at first I would probably see her about 3-4 times a week and it has progressed to every day or maybe 6 times a week, which I'm totally down with. But I'm wondering how many times a week do most of you with steady girlfriends hang out/spend the night together?

I guess I'd like to maybe get it down to a solid 5 nights a week, but I don't want it to contribute to anything detrimental if that makes sense. Having a girlfriend is weird in that I'm totally torn between really enjoying the benefits of having a steady girlfriend but also wanting to be able to hit on other girls.

LMAO. Welcome to the dilemma of 95% of the population of men.

It really depends on you as far as this goes....how old you are, what you want out of life, and when you really think you might want to 'settle down'. If your in the 18-25 range, much as you probably don't want to hear it, these relationships fail almost every time. It's a time period in most people's lives when they're going through alot of change and it takes a solid relationship (both parties) to ever work out well.

Oh, and about your question: I've always hung out say 5 times a week (unless we lived together eventually, which always happens). Slightly less at the beginning I guess. Most people on here will tell you that's too much time together, but ultimately, you'll have to be the judge of that.

You can tell real quick if you'll get sick of that person and then act accordingly.

i don't know how you people maintain your own lives when you're with your GF a definite 5-6 times a week... that is just crazy for me... both me and my GF both have lives apart from each other. we see each other 3 times a week. mostly on the weekends...

Me and my girlfriend, this summer, probably spent anywhere from 4-6 days a week together. There were one or two weeks where we were together for a 7 days str8. Then there were 3 weeks that we didnt see each other, due to our schedules. Now that our college semesters are starting back up, im thinking we will be seeing each other 3-5 times a week.

yea, i didn't intend to imply that it's some new situation or anything, but yea, i haven't experienced it very much personally until now

she's cool though and puts up with a lot.. i fart all the time and she laughs.. last night we got done fvcking but i was still inside her and i farted and she could feel it and liked it! hahah

I have never had a steady girl but wouldn't it get boring with seeing her everyday like that. When I get a girl I will probably only see her once or twice a week because even if it is a friend I get bored of them and move on after a couple of days

Don't you guys get bored and have a life of your own without them in it?

Nah, it's not boring to see them a lot, as long as you aren't repetative. Mix it up. Go out, stay in, do both.

yea, we definitely dont do the same **** every day at all.. sometimes stay in/order in, sometimes eat out, sometimes go out drinking with friends, movies, etc.

I thought about this some more, and I think there's too many variables to say how many days you should spend a week with a g/f. You know yourself, you know how much time you can spend around the same person without getting bored or annoyed.

To me, having a g/f and seeing her once every two weeks is a waste of time. Under special circumstances, in an established relationship, maybe this would work. Maybe.

IMO, there's nothing wrong with seeing each other several times a week. Don't let it get boring or predictable.

yea, its just not even like that man.. it's only like that when you first meet a girl and sometimes not even then.. the pressure fades to none, and thats also when comfortable silences come in to play

This summer I seen my gf just about every day. I know when something is going to last and when i really care for a girl and this is it.

I know in my heart that this is the one and there is no reason for me to go looking for love in all the wrong places.

There has been points in my life when i did play girls because I knew there were not the one. So why should i remain faithful to a girl i don't see myself with down the line?

My advice to you crackhead btw what's up with the name? My advice to you is to not settle down unless you find a girl who makes you happy. I mean she is pretty, good attuide, goals, everything you want from a woman. If a girl is missing those things don't settle down.

Personally, I mix things around. I don't have a set amount of days I spend with a girl. It's all about balance. Hot/cold, giving/denying of pleasure, etc.

I usually see my girlfriend 2-3 times a week. But sooner or later, interest levels start to drop. That's when I break off contact, don't call, don't plan dates. I'll do this for 2 weeks, make excuses to get out of plans, even avoid sex if I can. Eventually she starts thinking something is seriously wrong, and her interest level starts climbing back up. When the time is right, I resume the relationship.

basically, you cant see her often because she will get sick of you, or you will get sick of her. and you cant see her once a week every week, because girls have needs just like we do.
