Ok so I am now taking my ex girlfriend to prom, shes a sophmore and im a senior and Iwanted to get you thoughts on wheather should get her ticket/limo or make her pay for it.

Definitely buy her ticket, if you have enough money for the limo, go for it. If not, mention it ahead of time so she can get some money to pitch in.

Guys buy the girls tickets. It's not "AFC" or "Non-DJ", it's tradition. I highly doubt your date paid for her own ticket, Zero. If so, then she was very desperate.

i paid for prom tickets

she volunteered to pay for the pictures

as for the flower thingy (corsage and boutierre or something)...how does that work?

Sounds fair to me.

If I was a 'prom kind of guy' I'd pay for the ticket, chip in 50/50 on the limo, maybe suprise the broad with something (cheap, but classy/creative of course)...

she pays for pictures and corsage(i think they come in a set)
