I used to have a huge addiction and was very lazy.

This changed when I split up with my first g/f (AFC days) that gave me a reality check.

That lonley isolated feeling encoureged me to get out and be around people, I just wanted to be out socializing all the time. I joined a gym as a novice, a personal trainer got me going and now this is my new addiction.

I still play games now, but in moderation to relax. Usually I would set my self a time a like an hour on week day evening after I've been to work, gym, cooked food, cleaned house, done landry, prepared everything for the next day.

Theres nothing better than turning off your phone and using cpu games as a reward and a way to de-stress.

It gives me something to look forward to on a sh1t day.
