Just a disclaimer before you read this: I am by no mean a true DJ.

Anyways, I can almost guarantee you that the reason you were rejected wasn't because you were ugly. Generally speaking, at least where I live, it is pretty easy to pick up at a club and I have seen some pretty ugly kids do fine. In a club its ALL about body language and confidence, looks honestly dont matter a great deal. Think about it, its dark and everone is bit tipsy.

I think the most important thing is to look like you are having a good time. If you go there just going from girl to girl in a tedious manner you aren't really projecting yourself as someone who is out to enjoy himself.

I think I am average looking and even for me there were times when I was literally just talking to my bro, and random girls just pulled me in to dance or came over and hit on me. Its all about looking comfortable in your situation

I'd reccommend finding a couple people who are good at picking up in clubs and just watch them because its fairly easy.

I've never had success with strangers in the club. Well actually I did one time but I couldn't close because of logistics.

For some time, I beat myself up over it until I realized I really hated being at the clubs, and that I only went there for the girls. Wrong attitude! I now meet girls at other places, and through activities I enjoy. Works like a charm for me.

imo, clubs are the WORST places to pick up girls. They only go there to boost their egos, have some fun and make use of that $1000 dress they bought (which they'll probably never wear again). The only reason you should ever go to a club is to HAVE FUN, unless you are a secure dj who knows what he is doing. To pull chicks at clubs, you need to have lots of social proof, with both guys and girls and/or be really jacked. Either that or just prey on the girls that can barely stand up and are about to vom everywhere.

DOn't take it personally OP, clubs are hard places to pull. If you want to pick up girls, you'll have more luck at house parties or on the streets.
