The only way to "win" at this game is to be MASTER MANIPULATOR, or in other words MASTER *******. Yes, everybody manipulates. And that is exactly why I ask myself what is the F***ing point. In order to win at this game, I've got to screw a whole bunch of other people.
I know it´s pretty hard – especially for an American – to differentiate between business life and private life. But you have to because there is a big difference. Business follows the rules of Machiavelli which says you have to be the master manipulator. Some people enjoy making business after this rule, others – like myself – don´t. But this is only about business.

In private life you don´t have to act like this but like a cowboy who breaks in and trains a horse. At first you have to build up your self-confidence, you have to be satisfied with yourself and happy on your own. After that you can be a little “nice” to others. But this doesn´t mean kissing their a$$ or letting them being rude to you. You only have to involve them in your happy life. If they respond good give them a reward in form of your time. If they respond bad punish them and spend your time with others. That´s how it works. If they act like a$$holes simply ignore them.

I don't want to change.
You don´t have to change, you only have to improve your “human-training” skills.
