This woman, owns her own home, it's awesome, it's also paid off, I think she pays $100 a month for the mortgage. Doesn't pay a cent for utilities, because it's automatically paid every month. It was a gift from her parents, or something. All she does is runs her beauty salon, and takes care of her 3 kids.... and live life to the fullest (trips to everywhere). She's beautiful, a sex pot, a social butterfly, a lot of fun to be around, and she loves football. She loves my son, and I love her kids.

There's a guy living there, who's also a good friend of mine. She can't stand him no more. He's let his game drop big time, dunno why, but I think he's on something now. He's always trying to sell me sh*t for some damn reason. She wants him out, but he's got no where to go, and because he's a good guy, throwing him out in the cold is wrong, and he won't leave. They fight all the time.

I've always liked her, especially from day one, but he was my bud's girl, so I didn't pursue. Now though... things have changed, and unless he goes, it will get worse between them. He's always complaining about how she won't sleep with him, cuz she's sleeping with me (which she ain't) and she's been sleeping on her couch for months.

If he moves out, I could move in. It's that easy.

..but I truly believe in Karma, and this kind of sh*t has come back to me before... again, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!!!

What would you do?

A life of comfort, or a life of comfort KNOWING, there's a guy out there who had to pay a hefty price for you to be there, and now, has nothing. :(

So you are pursuing your friend's live-in gf.

You would get your head cracked in where I come from.

Coming out of the hospital, then you are going to bang your friend's leftovers with 3 kids. After she sucks you dry for kid-money and expenses, she dumps you. The day she tosses you, your friend comes back and cracks you in the head again.

Hmmm. Such a difficult decision.

Awww hell . . .

I thought this was about something I had suggested someone to do?

In any case, follow your little man who lives in your gut. He never lies.

No such thing as "Karma". You do reap what you sow!!

It is not your decision for him to stay or go - it's none of your business!!! Stay out of other people's problems!!

Why do you assume his game went bad - quit blaming men and taking the side of hors!!

She may be all that you want in a woman BUT the fact is that the live remains of her last disaster is still living in her back room. This is one of the messiest kinds of triangles. Sane people do not get in triangles.
She is also playing into your capt -save-a- ho mentality by playng victim to her circumstances. THis gets her off the hook when it comes to moving him out . It is her house- she gets to decide who lives there OR NOT.

I have been in you shoes in 2006 and the woman concerned played the sad victim and gave me several excuses as to why HE was still there. IT was all BS. She loved the feeling of being pursued by two men - she felt like a real prize and she revelled in the attention..

If your woman really wanted him to leave she only has to say so to him. I wonder why she does not do this. DO not buy the line that she "feels sorry" for him. He is still around because she wants him there (for some reason )

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I never been in this situation before but I gave him the same advice as you without so many wrds - because I know the hor mentality!! She has 3 kids and another dude lives with her who is not the father of the children -- what does this tell you about the hor!!!!! Her pimp don't want to leave -- go to court to kick him out ho!!! Ladiesman - stay the hell out of a hor's business!!!!!!

Fellas, I know what I'm going to do. I'm not trying to move in with her, even though someone else will. I'm asking what would you do? I mean, dudes, this is like winning the lotto of life, especially for me. She's got a corvette for Christ sake!

So what everyone is saying is.... you would pass up this, so the guy can be with her, regardless of how bad it's turning out, because he's your buddy?

Ok, what if he finally moves out? ...you wouldn't at least make an attempt on da hor, (doh!) I mean, rich woman? :)

Sorry LMS

A corvette! Wow! I bought a brand new one when I was 18. Girl with 3 kids and a house is the lotto? I hate to see how you live.

The only thing that really seperates a man from a woman is integrity. What does this tell you about yourself?

Amen. You sound like a women who is desperate for some guy to come along and save them from whatever sort of financial dire straits you must be facing.

My advice to you, with all due respect (since you are asking for advice), is to spend some time taking a close look at your life, and see how you can improve your own situation.

What would people here say if a female was posting, saying how she knew a guy with a paid-off house (which his parents gave him) and a corvette, that ran a small business, and the only downside was that he had a live-in girlfriend, and 3 kids, and she referred to this as hitting the jackpot, and the "opportunity of a lifetime"?

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

... or someone (most likely the Family Law Courts via the father of the kids).

To paraphrase the now-famous Craiglist millionaire, this one looks like one to lease, at best, rather than "purchase."

Buy in and you may literally end up being "the lady's man" (i.e. "owned").

Follow your gut...

Brother, I don't understand.

So this woman has 3 kids - thats a lot of baggage where I come from. Do you want to play daddy with someone else's sperm? I did it for a while - and it slowly ate me away - because deep down, I new I was raising someone else's seed - and not my own.

Mummy and Daddy have paid for the house - and probably the car. Sure, it's nice to meet a woman that can take care of her business - on her own - but when mummy and Daddy pay for things, they, as a general rule, also get a say in things.

Find a woman who can take care of herself - because when mumy and daddy stop paying, it'll be the guy living with her who will start....

Finally, ask yourself - if she didn't have her own home - would you feel the same?

I know who I am, and certainly don't need to explain myself to no one on here. Thanks to everyone who gave very good, and to the point advise, and a big F U! to the ones who are judgmental in their responses.

"A true DJ should have never posted such question..."

Dude, you're a geek... that's coming from a DJ, who's keeping it as true as it can be. ;)
