Because he is carrying no weight in his lower body. That is why people who squat/deadlift and have big lower bodies always will weigh 20+ lbs more than people who don't...the lower body contains the majority of the muscle on your body and can grow proportionately much larger than the upper body. Ever see those football players who are 5'8 or 5'9 and ripped that weigh 210 lbs? All their weight is in their legs. With legs like OP, they would weigh 180 lbs.How are you only 164????
I am 200+, your height, not nearly as lean, my arms are about half your size, & I bench 400+.
I mean you look great, but I'd swear that you were 210+.
As an aside, I am also 5' 8" and when I was in prime shape I was 185-188 lbs with 8-9% BF and had legs the size of tree trunks, and an unbelievable ass(that couldn't be seen because I had to wear pants 2 sizes too big or my quads/ass would rip the seams before the first day was over as soon as I did any type of bending)...the weight you are looking for is in your legs and glutes. Start working them OP, you are on the verge of looking retarded with a huge upper body and no lower body.
Remember, friends don't let friends skip leg day---the pain and fatigue is real tho. When you can barely walk 4 days after your last leg day... Don't run from it, embrace it.
