Hey, well my apologies gixxer. I wrote back to those 2 girls with a decent question...ended up with a convo with 1 but the other I could tell wasn't interested. The first one is definitely a prospect though and I think she's trying to send sexual hints.

What have been your experiences with girls that:

- have tons of pics, colors, videos on their myspace?
- have tons of friends?
- have glamour shots?
- the ones who say they aren't on their for sex?

My gut tells me not to waste my time with those girls, but just wondering what you've experienced.

When selecting a search criteria, I've noticed a lot of the hotter girls on Myspace are in a relationship or select they're on there just looking for "friends' or "networking" . So to any of the experienced guys, do you have any luck with the chicks that list they are there only for meeting friends or chicks in a relationship, or do you mostly have luck targeting the single ones there for dating and relationships?

I was chatting to this one girl almost every night on msn and I thought she was cool, but then she didn't answer my e-mails for what reason I have no idea, we were supposed to meet but she went all wierd, why the **** couldn't she just say...I'm not interested in meeting you or something?

seriously some girls are just ****ing game players and just thrive on the attention you give them...I couldn't care less about this girl as I have never met her, she clearly has issues and she writes about how she hates being single but...meh **** her.

One on one,

I think the girls on there that say they don't want sex are probably the ones that will be the easiest to tag LOL

Basically, I add everyone that's cute to my friends and then shoot out an opening email to the ones I'm interested in. Once I get a reply then I look at their profile more closely.

I don't spend any time looking at their pics or profile to qualify them until AFTER they email me. Why waste time looking at a girls page if she'll never mail you.

I say approach everyone and let them select themselves by accepting your friends invite and/or mailing you back.

Right now I'm talking to a cutie 18 y/o who supposedly has a bf. I ignore stuff like bfs and "not interested in sex" because I think most of what women say is a smoke screen anyway.

Just email em and play the game like you know it should be played.

BTW, I have like 70 friends now - all hot girls. I'm not talking to all of them and a lot have blown me out already, but what do you think that looks like when other hot girls look at my page? It looks like COMPETITION ;)

So freggin true, so I had this girl on my aim buddy list, I im'ed her real quick, and I said this.

I just deleted you from my myspace friend circle after I seen the picture of you and the boyfriend.

She responds with "yeah well we are fighting alot, blah blah blah"

We end up talking for like an hour, I think it went really well. So now this is key boys. You have to leave and make her want more, don't wait until she says that she has to go.

So I tell her yeah ok i have to go "my curtains are on fire" or some other bs excuse.

So I close it like this, let me give you my cell number, then I give it to her.

She says something like, ok this weekend i'll call you and maybe we can have a few drinks?

I said nah i'll call you on friday, whats your number. Of course she gives it to me.

You have to be a deal closer boys, always in control.

MySpace is probably one of the biggest mass socio-psychology labs on the internet.

I'm just morbidly fascinated by the appearance of the women with the most attention and are directly the ones most attention seeking in their responses. I'm forming some new ideas about the Attention Hor dynamic because of MySpace.

Also, look at how the average guy makes a feeble play at conversation or feigned disinterest with women they find attractive in their responses. On this forum we have principles and applications of those principles in this regard; not only is it fascinating to see these under the test (relatively speking in a state of annonymity), but also the failed responses to the men who aren't aware of them or reject them wholesale.

I'm like Jane Goodall observing gorillas in their natural environment,...heheh,..

Man...getting some e-mails on there, but no luck. It's freaking difficult to screen the girls on there...you know, telling a tease from a girl who will put out from a nice girl. Anybody have a good method for figuring out who will put out? Sometimes they don't have sexy pics and I figure they won't, but who knows.

My experience with internet dating in general is that usually the girls that DON'T come across as super hot and sexy are the ones that put out the fastest.

Not sure about MySpace in particular but I would go for the 8s that have the tamer profiles since they'll be more into getting the attention. You might get lucky and find yourself a little freak.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

There's gotta be a way to come up with an exclusive group keeping track of all the girls who put out on Myspace.

Hey guys,

personally Myspace isn't my thing. As far as I can tell, its a place where hardcore AWs go to get "shoutouts" from a bunch of AFCs who spend too much time at the gym and not enough at the books, or at the anywhere else for that matter.

Basically, here's what I find it boils down to:

Some 17 yo posing as 21 yo girl named XXXSKANDALISXXX has a bunch of pictures of her tight ass and high tyts. The background is a pink that burns the eyes, and she's got a music video of some rapstah I don't care to listen to playin on her page.

There's about 60 paragraphs as to who she is and why shes on myspace and what she wants in life(neither of which she has any idea), and then in the comments section you've got about 5000 different comments from a TON of muscleheads and dorks that basically all boil down to this:

"yer hot msg me"

Does this fuel her ego a bit? I'd say so. Dealing with these girls is not even worth our time. They're too high maintenance.

No offense Eric, because I know that like I you're one of the only guys on this site who advocate the internet as a dating haven, but the way you do things is not the way I would do things. There's no way in hell you would catch me at the mall hanging out with some 18 yo just to get in her pants, and I'm 23. That's just too much effort.

Personally, I suggest using hotornot.com. There's no shoutouts and very little ego-fueling crap. just one picture, and a Yes/No button.
To contact people you can either pay 6 bucks a month or if you're crafty you can do it for free.
Hotornot is the route I take and its been a great place to get hot chicks. So far my tally is up to about 10 in a year on that. My current GF is also a result of hotornot. Its the best dating site because its not a dating site.

You summed it up nicely, Luveno...but the reason I'm interested in myspace is b/c Eric is having luck there with some fine hunnies there's gotta be a way. It's so confusing to me b/c I see myspace the same way you do (bunch of AWs) but somebody is getting lucky off there.

I think Myspace only works if you have some good pics ... meaning you photograph well. Or at least some part of you photographs well (just a body shot, whatever). If you're just average looking, there's no chance for your personality to do jack squat (I don't care how C&F you are).

Take a look at a hot girl's profile, and you'll see that on their friends list its mostly guys who are buff/cut.

I was trying to use Myspace a while back to meet girls - I had a pic up from a movie (not of me). I'd get emails and even arranged to meet up with 1 girl (who later flaked). Overall, considering the reward versus the effort, you're better off trolling a bar.

good luck with it though.

(oh, one other thing ... I'm wondering if having all hot chicks on your friends list is a good thing or a bad thing. On the one hand, it looks like you're desirable. On the other, you look shallow).

Let me ask you this: does the general perception of a hot girl change because her friends list is full of buff guys?

The answer is: she doesn't care, she goes for what she wants.

We should have the same attitude, regardless of the perception of others.

Like Rollo said, this is fascinating, like watching hairless chimps mate.

Actually, it's like watching reality t.v. without the sound, a bunch of pretty airheads saying, "Hey, like, you know, yeah, I feel you, diggin' it, wat up, yo yo you, blabber blabber, etc." And then they fukk.

I wonder if these people would pass the Turing test? LOL Too bad I have a brain, it really does get in the way, sometimes.

You have to put your brain on pause when you go on myspace.
