You can't underestimate what exercise does.

I was a wreck yesterday, worrying, negative, no frame whatsoever.

I hit it so hard I threw up today.

I really could not give a fvck about the minutia of relatiosnhips, the future.....it;s like a wave of DNGAF has rolled over me. There are millions of chicks out there. Why the fvck would you worry. What will be will be.

To anyone bouncing off the walls, just make yourself do it. Do it for your mind, not your body.

cures all my mental health problems for at least 3 days no meds needed if i do an hour of cardio and get a sweat on, i also get rock solid hard ons which can only be a good thing

I am more interested in what 3 more months of this will get me.

To be fair I pulled the other thread because I could see it wasn't doing jack shyt for anyone. But as long as I get sechs and some fun times, I couldn't give a shyt who texts who. Enjoy the day as it comes.

Gotta love those hormones.

My doc told me that the gym is like weed but it's actually good for you.. It has the same type of benefice times 2.

mine completely goes when i cease alcohol altogether, but trouble is i like going out here and there....PLUS IMPORTANT *i dont know one person who doesnt revolve there life round Drink, people are only friends through alcohol

I havent gone in the gym in a month now due to injuries. ( 1 tendinitis in each arms) and I tell you, don't stop, never skip a monday and be careful because when you can't go to the gym for a long period of time and your body is used to it you'll feel like absolute shyte.

True. I stopped working out for a month after a ski accident. I lost ten or so pounds because I had to spend a lot of time in bed recovering. I had to start back up on the lightest of weights and short gym sessions to develop stamina and endurance for longer sets, reps and increased weight.

I got a "stinger" in my elbow last month after pulling the tendon/muscle area on the bench press. I stopped working out for two weeks to recover.

It's amazing how fast your muscles atrophy without consistently hitting the gym daily.

Dude I feel you.. Doing dips 3 times a week has ****ed my elbows. You have to pay when you're doing stupid things. Lost 10 pounds too.. I feel so skinny :eek:
