Yup. Real burpees with the push up, no bull****.

Week 2, (Repeat week 1 work out, day 1)

Progress! Last week I was only able to do the first 2 sets. This week I didn't make the max push up on the final set (3) but I definitely have improved over last week. I may have to repeat week 1 one more time next week before finally moving on to week two. But that is okay, it's a marathon, not a sprint. I'm making progress...

Even though I don't have much right now, reps to anyone who, at the end of this, PM's me or posts a video of yourself doing 100 straight pushups. No editing.

Again, I wasn't able to complete the whole work out. As you can see, I was 3 short on the minimum (4) for the final set. I will definitely repeat week 1 again next week.

On the plus side, I am most definitely making progress. The simple act of pushing myself up off the floor no longer feels like death! In fact, when I start to struggle I feel my muscles slip into a whole new gear to finish the push up. Nice

Was going to start back on that monday but a series of lost internet connections, delayed flights, and illness have impeded my progress... I'll start this on my own tomorrow. Cheers!

Just keep plugging away man. Remember...A lot of things hurt the first time you do them. Only with repetition do things become easier.

wow this is getting harder for some reason
I bet it's because your muscles are being challenged for the first time. You breezed through week 1 correct?

For me, doing the first week on easy has felt like I'm dying. But that's because I weigh 280 and have skinny arms. However, I am starting to make progress. Just remember that when you encounter resistance that means you are pushing yourself to new limits.

Keep at it man
