Again, I wasn't able to complete the whole work out. As you can see, I was 3 short on the minimum (4) for the final set. I will definitely repeat week 1 again next week.
On the plus side, I am most definitely making progress. The simple act of pushing myself up off the floor no longer feels like death! In fact, when I start to struggle I feel my muscles slip into a whole new gear to finish the push up. Nice

Its not getting any easier and for some reason ive been feeling sorta week lately so Im hoping to do better soon. Keep up the good work guys!

For me, doing the first week on easy has felt like I'm dying. But that's because I weigh 280 and have skinny arms. However, I am starting to make progress. Just remember that when you encounter resistance that means you are pushing yourself to new limits.
