Eggs are pretty cheap, and yeah, if you've ever tried eating 6 egg omelette you'd know how tough it is to stuff yourself with that bland taste.

EXP your shake must be pretty solid with peanutbutter :)

same thing happened to me bro, i was looking for easier ways to eat protein and i was too lazy to cook eggs so i said what the heck

throw 10 complete eggs, 1 banana, some honey, 1 cup of oatmeal, 3 icecubes and 1 cup of milk

it tastes really good but it gives you 2 liters, so i split it in half and drink one in the morning the other one before going to bed.

Something weird is that you cant tell the difference if you put just 1 egg or 10, it tastes exactly the same and looks the same.

About 1 out of every 30,000th raw egg you consume will give you Salmonella poisoning.
I believe it's 1 in 30,000 HAS salmonella. You can ingest salmonella and not get sick. You probably have some in you right now.

all the speculation and nonsense on eggs in this thread needs a reply:

http://www.aeb.org/LearnMore/EggSafety.htm

salmonella poisoning (salmonellosis) sucks. keep eggs chilled, throw out cracked eggs, and live with a very small risk of poisoning if you eat 'em raw.

as Mr. R says, just b/c an egg you consume contains the bacterium salmonella enteritidis doesn't mean you will necessarily get sick. it depends on the concentration of bacteria (strongly affected by how you handle them) and your immune system.

the number is 1 in 20k, btw, and it's strictly an estimate. no one knows for sure, b/c no one is willing to waste that many eggs cracking them open to find out.

If you are looking to gain weight. Then yeah all those eggs would be great.

I like keeping muscle and keeping the fat down though. In this case, separate the eggs, only eat the egg whites.

Egg yolks have all the fat.
The whites have all the protein.

Protein is what you want for staying lean.

Don't take salmonella lightly. I lost 5KGs in body weight and 3months later haven't put it back on.

And that is two mother fvcking bad days of your life.

With about 2 weeks of training missed.

I still drink them on occasion.

And Danny, The fat is one of the best things about eggs.
Eating fat does not mean putting fat on. Just stay away from sugar.

Dietary fat and adipose tissue are about as related as protein and adipose tissue. The part of whole eggs that's going to **** with you if anything is the cholesterol, which they are also discovering might not be correlated with cholesterol in the blood, and the saturated fats which are going to do a number on your heart.

Regardless, I generally eat 4-6 whole eggs a day.

Theres a scale of bioavailability of foods, and ALL foods are judged on the standard set by eggs.

That's the way it should be. Science shouldn't be whimsical.

I have about 100g protein from this crap every day:

Dried Egg Whites

Cheap and easy. Just make sure to mix it with chocolate syrup because it is a bit nasty.

The rest comes form cottage cheese and a bit from whey. Egg whites and cottage cheese have produced the best results since it is time-released.
