Question is affair for two co-works. 50 male / 30 female each married but not to each other. I have been flirting back and forth for some time. Now I start to take the flirtation to the next level. She is also going in the same direction. Should I go for it or leave it as is?

first i think it depends on how important your marriage is to you, i believe in karma, that there will be an ethical consequence that can effect you in some way, i would say be happy to know that you still got it

How could this possibly go well? The 50 male is probably in a position of higher authority in the company. If so, he is just begging to get sued for sexual harassment. Even though the sex is by consent, if her husband catches her, she may make up a story about how the evil boss made her do it to keep her job. There are a million other bad things that could happen to the two careers, two marriages, and two families involved.

The world is full of single women; none of us need the married ones if you have decent skills. And I don't see much LTR potential in a relationship that begins with two people cheating. How would you ever expect her to be faithful to you? This "relationship" sounds like nothing but trouble.
