You live an you learn kid. And you become a better man for it. Forget this girl, hit the gym, stop fapping, and read the book of pook.
I'm 25 (almost)...about to graduate from college in 2 weeks, and still striking out miserably...

It's time for a change, and I think you all know what that means. :)

Yesterday was the final nail in the coffin for me. Right before I told her I know how I messed up with her, she said she was seeing a friend of her's at the time when I asked her out. She said that she felt extremely awkward around him, and that she was just staying with the kid not to break his heart. He was 3 years younger than her, at least that's what she said.

This made me realize: I was friendzoned from the moment she figured out I had a thing for her, because I was chasing after her like a headless chicken! She took the signs and basically played me for a fool, making me think she was interested in me, while she was just using me for help with schoolwork...what a chump I was then, sadly there's still some of that mentality left within me...

When I confronted her about this, and I told her just how obvious I made it for her, she denied knowing that I was into her. I should have seen the signs of disaster back then, but I was too oblivious to do so. LIVE AND LEARN, right?

After she rejected me, I stopped talking to her...completely for the next 6 months. An entire semester went by without me saying as much of as a single word to her.

When we came back for our final term, I started talking to her again. Then came the "break up"...which I knew on some level was just a pre-emptive move on his part to gain the power back. It reminded me of that Seinfeld episode when George gets the idea about it.

In the end I was right. Even though she told me he will have a mountain to climb in order to get her back, she was ready to patch things up rather quickly. My view is...he will get tired of her very soon, and kick her to the curb. If he did it once when he sensed he was losing control, there is absolutely no doubt that he WILL do that to her again. But in the end, that's what she deserves for being so open with every guy she interacts with. I've been observing her for the past week or so, and she really is very flirty with just about anyone. I don't need someone like that in my life, thank GOD this is over now :).

Yea, trust me I have been with a girl like this, I saw my friends loose it with girls like this. This is just human nature for a lot of girls. They lose a guy => they turn slutty => they look for other males to latch on too to momentary help their self esteem => The guy realizes he lost ass => Guy comes back => Girl goes back (her trick worked). She used you bro, like i told you earlier. Your error was not that you told her that you liked her, your error was talking to her in this situation in the first place with the intent of making her yours. This guy leaves her or not, you will always be second to this guy if you keep acting like you do. Move on make yourself better and get away from this girl. Use your heartbreak to your advantage.

Well, just came back from a party. Ended up hooking up with one of the hottest chicks from my high school (from my grade) after 8 years of not seeing her at all.
It just goes to show how badly my oneitis really ****ed me up in this case.

I've got another date with the new girl tomorrow, and I just got a response on one of my dating site profiles, so I will call her too. I finally re-gained my confidence...don't know why the **** it took me this long!

After my "friend from class" rejected me, I went out with 3 other ladies shortly there after. One of them cheated on me, but I didn't give a **** as I was seeing other girls on the side, so it didn't matter, but I still kicked her ass to the curb. The ****ed up thing is while I was banging all these other ladies, I still couldn't get her out of my mind. Now that I see just how much she has abused my good nature, I am done with her, and this time for good.

The DJ Bible

Started reading the materials. I am reading all of them right now and practicing materials from the book. I did the first week's and second week's exercises in a matter of 3 short days. It was way easier than what I had expected. It really is unbelievable how friendly total strangers can be if you just show confidence. My first "victory" of sorts, came 3 days ago. I was sitting at a local Starbucks, drinking my tall espresso I just ordered, when I spotted this HB8 walking towards me. I look at her, smile and nod, and she comes up asking me if the seat is taken. We started talking about life in general and had a very stimulating conversation. I got her number afterwards and will give her a call sometime towards the end of next week. The best part is, this lady is 27, 3 years my senior! I have never had the balls to talk to older ladies prior to now.

Now, for the real reason for this post though. I have just realized how much of a fool I have been with the other girl. When I first asked her out, she used many of the "veiled" rejections on me, I was just too ****ing blind to see it. First time she said, "Let me check my schedule to see if I'm doing anything.", which I should have interpreted as "I have plans...but WE do not!". Second time, being that I didn't know when to give up, she told me "I'm focusing on my 'career'."...her exact words were: "I'm not looking to make new friends or boyfriends or whatever...I'm in this program to get an education, not to cater to other peoples feelings." In other words she thought I was a boring dud, and wanted absolutely next to nothing to do with me. Finally, when I confronted her about always flirting with me and leading me on, she said "I have always seen you as just a friend..." in other words: "DREAM ON IF YOU THINK YOU WILL EVER GET TO SEE ME NAKED, LET ALONE, **** ME!".

Reading the DJ Bible has definitely opened my eyes to the errors of my ways. Even though I was able to spin plates earlier on in my life, I was still very much a chump, especially when it came to girls I had a thing for. Never again...from now on when I see a hot babe, I will approach her and work my newfound magic on her, things are already looking up for the better!

Thank you SoSuave!
After 5 long years of using this board to get advice on random girls I was dealing with, I have finally tapped into this board's true potential! Look out ladies, the freight train is on its way!
