its normal human sociology , when large groups ,from the same place with the same culture and norms, move to a place they most definately feel unknown and insecure to have to reconfine themself into their own culture to feel safe .
At first the foreigners get segregated by their new society , of course some welcome the new people but most feel as you do that they will bring change and decide to socially push them into their own place , geografical segregation , this reconforms theyr feelings as foreigners and insecurity , would you like to live in a place where you feel insecure and not in place ?
so what they do is reinforce their traditional norms and culture as most as they possibly can to feel that they are in place , secure .....
and people, you act like asians and people from underdeveloped countries are the only ones that are doing this , but actually it was the "western world" that started it all...
and today we have economically wealthy "westerners" going to places like spain or dubai or many other countries to settle in and live their lives , THEY ALSO change that surrounding they move to , they bring their own culture and norms over to that country and most of spains people are actually against that.
they also feel secure in that segregated space, that most people are now buying, and they employ the not so wealthy spain public to be their maids and buttlers drivers so on...
They start their own clubs and pubs near , their own special shops .... why ?
for the same reason as the asians , they want to feel secure , at place.....
instead of trying to defy each others differences why not try to adapt into a new one where all are welcome , change is inevitable , nothing can remain the same....
the more you try to fight it the more it will hurt you.....
