I lost some bodyfat, and my abs are showing. I still have some more work to do, but i can't keep up this stupid diet. I lost some muscle mass, and a few days i got manic and didn't eat much at all; I was really weak those days.
So, once i get the bodyfat down, can i start back eating carbs again, or will i lose all the gains i made cutting? I would eat clean carbs, like oats, grains, rice, vegetables, not sugary carbs.

I'm kind of new to this. I'm not ripped, but i have a pretty good start on a t-shaped tone build, with some abs finally showing. I'm tall and thin. My goal isn't to be super strong, but just to keep gaining muscle, and remain low bodyfat so the abs continue to show.

I have no idea what will happen once i start eating my carbs again to feed my muscles.

Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Thanks!

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Gaining a little fat is inevitable if you want to bulk for muscle. That's why body builders train with bulking and cutting cycles.

if you want to lose weight (fat) you need to eat less calories than it takes to maintain your bodyweight. If you want to bulk (which u will want to) you have to eat more, so yes if ure done with ur cutting diet u will have to eat more carbs again in order to gain muscle mass. I do it like this: 10 to 11 months a year bulking 1 - 2 months cutting ...depends on how much bad foods I ate ;-)

now you say "wow look at my muscles" and then you begin to eat more and bulk to make more muscles and then you cut again to look at them!
