Oh my god!

I am just posting this after coming back from clubbing...you could say that yesterday and today (till 7) were some of the most depressing days. I got nexted by the "nice girl" i was dating for a month.

So today i went clubbing just to get drunk and have some good time, to try and put away the loneliness.

I dressed up nice and was "totally" relaxed after a drink or two without any care in the world. The music was nice and i just hit the dance floor just for the heck of it and was grooving without any goddamn **** to what ppl thought( i maybe danced only 2-3 times before..nothing to talk about).

Weird thing....girls started coming to ME and started grooving..LOL. I was like WTF? and just continued mystuff and being funny.

Believe it or not....by the time i got out, i got 6 different numbers all PUNCHED IN by the GIRLS who ASKED ME MY PHONE and did the punching themselves..!!

And best part, i got to makeout intensely (all but the "final act") with this one cute chick, who was slightly drunk , in my car.

I just cant belive my evening tday. Even as i am typing, i just made sure that what happ was not a dream and is true! lol

I am asian male BTW...should say a lil shy...and this has made me realize that confidence can do wonders...and dont give a hoot about others...just enjoy yourself and the girls will follow...

Started a bad night but ended up good for me, HB9 I was messing around with last week was with another guy...pissed off for a bit but found myself a few other girls and the night went good. This girl is def nexted and I know she will be coming back to me..she made it a mission to look at me when I was with another girl..too funny. All girls are sluts, have fun with them and just go to the next. Dont become AFC, I know I can get any girl I want and that is the mentallity everyone of us needs. Going to bed! Night.

Confidence (and indifference) really works. More proof.

I'd wait on the phone for a while: at least a few days. If you were that cool in the club, the girl will expect congruent behavior. i.e., because you have high value, you're unavailable; and you do not see her as the catch because you have options.

Nah, i agree i am noob at dancing but, no way i am a robo guy..LOL. I can do the basic stuff pretty decent....nothing great, but not too ****ty either!

I am an athletic sort of guy, so grooving around comes pretty natural (even if i say myself) to me, atleast thats what i found out when i was actually "doing" it and not thinking like a AFC ..contemplating..wat others will think..like i used to do before.

I am slowly on my way from a "total" asian afc to a dj....

Way to go. Looks like you found out on your own terms that confidence can be a self fufilling prophecy. Sounds like you're still needing to get used to the fact that YOU'RE now looked upon as the catch, and not the other way around. Just be sure to remember what Whistler said above about not seeing her as the catch. He hit it right on the head.

Don't be too anxious for that date. If you are, do whatever you can to get over the feeling, because she'l be gone in a heartbeat if she picks up on it. Keep in mind when talking to this girl that you have several other options. Never know, she may be a lousy lay, and the girl that's going to rock your world has already punched her number in on your phone. If not, just hit a club like you did before, and get a few more easy numbers......

The problem with this is that it's sort of a quick fix, in that after you get the number, which to me is ALWAYS the easiest part, you then have to start getting to the real stuff. Confidence and indifference only get you so far. The girl will grow tired of your ****y attitude and take off.

You confused me here. What "real stuff" are you talking about? Confidence will only get you so far? Please explain further.

Hey redshift, because she was blueshifting that night doesn't mean she'll be the dating type. To me, any girl who makes out with a guy she just meant at a club should not be worth your time (for an LTR anyway). If you're looking to just get laid, you don't set anything up in advance, just ask her out one evening. Asking a girl like this in advance gives her more time to flake which she'll often do.

Well, essentially the confidence and indifference only works for so long, because then you will eventually hit a crossroad. Basically, are you going to continue showing indifference toward the girl, and be afraid to show your cards to her, which in itself can just eat away at you, or finally be able to relax and just stop playing childish mind games with each other? Last girl I was with I never really let up on the indifference and ****y attitude, and she totally flew the coop because it can be too much after a while, but you're never sure when it's too much.

I'm learning the same thing myself. I took a month out from women just to relax and get back in touch with other things I enjoy. All of a sudden I'm finding myself being pursued by several women, many of them HB9s.

I'm starting to read a lot more of these posts lately, which is very inspiring and shows we're on the right track.

Being cool and carefree is evidently an aphrodisac to women and it sets us apart from all the desperate guys who try too hard and care too much.

I see what you mean, but if it attracted them in the first place it can't be all wrong. I've heard stories about guys who after a while think they are home free, so they let up and drop their game. The girl suddenly loses interest because he becomes nicer and more boring. Maybe I just dont understand what you are saying fully.
