This past November, I went back to NYC and achieved a new high in game. In a span of a week, I had 4 lays. NYC holds a special place in my heart because I spent a great deal of my twenties there and despite not practicing much game, still managed to get laid from dating apps and hooking up drunk from bars. If I had game before the pandemic hit NYC, I'd easily be at a triple digit lay count right now. I decided though to give back to this community by making this guide for all of you, it is gonna be long and I will continue to add to it.
About game overall in NYC.
Easy. After grinding in Miami for a year and doing my best, NYC was a cakewalk when I went back for a visit last year. Women in NYC were easy, lay ups, and the competition almost didn't exist. Meanwhile, in Miami I am dealing with women who have been approached over ten times in a day by aggressive and muscular naturals. If you cannot get laid in NYC, the problem is you. I cannot think of an easier city in North America for a guy than NYC when it comes to hooking up.
Location, logistics, and where to game.
You must live in Manhattan at all costs.
I know this is going to draw a lot of criticism but you must live in Manhattan in order to truly enjoy NYC. Most people, even men in their 30s, live with roommates. If you can find decent roommates or even good ones, you have a lot of advantages. Good roommates can set up a party vibe at your place so you have an excuse to get a girl back and try your luck because it is an "After Party". The hottest girls are all in Manhattan and these are also the girls who are usually the most DTF.
Some say Brooklyn is good but I always found it overrated. I found that Williamsburg and Bushwick (which is located next to a dangerous area) were full of hipsters/progressives with a chip on their shoulder. Most of them put on the outwardly bohemian act but were the most rude, snobby, and condescending people you could ever meet. Brooklyn is also slightly more cliquish than Manhattan although once again, it is NYC so game is doable there but I noticed the quality was lower.
All other boroughs and places are full of women who stick tightly with their social cliques from college and are tougher to game in nightlife. Do yourself a favor and get a spot in Manhattan, even if it is a closet. People will argue about a bigger apartment in Queens but you are not going to NYC for a bigger place, if you want that then just go live in Texas.
Night Game.
The main spots are Meatpacking and Lower East Side (LES). However, I'd say the big spots closest to you are what you want.
The Meatpacking District has all of the big name clubs like PhD, Le Bain, and Catch. If you want to get into PhD or some of the big clubs, try to come really early like 9:30 to 10:30 at night. Usually, they will tell you that you can come in but you have to stay for the night because if you leave, then you have to pay a cover as after 10:30 or so it becomes a cover charge for men. Le Bain and Catch are trickier to get into than PhD and can vary by night. I found Le Bain to be the best nightclub in the city in my time there.
For LES, the big spot is Mr Purple at Hotel Indigo. Lines get really long for this spot so I recommend going early in the afternoon to get stamped and then making sure the stamp does not fade for you. Then you can come back later on and practically cut the lines because you have been stamped. The other big bars are Hair Of The Dog, 1 on 1, and Grayson but these are all really fratty, packed, and loud so you are running spammy nightgame here if anything. Further away from it all is Fool's Gold in the area where I pulled a couple of times.
I'd say the LES has the most bars per capita in all of NYC and you are bound to find some bar with talent in your stay. Kind Regards is another good one and the list can go on and on and on.
The other good nightlife spots that come to mind are Gem Saloon in Murray Hill. It was always good on a Thursday and when I lived in the area in my first year in NYC, I had four consecutive Thursdays where I pulled from there.
The Upper East Side has Stumble Inn which is the main bar there and Penrose which is a good restaurant that turns into a bar at night.
Day Game.
My main go to spot was Washington Square Park near NYU. You are likely to find a lot of talent there but even the surrounding areas to the park are full of probably the hottest girls in the city since Soho is nearby and so is East Village. At times, just take a walk through East Village, LES, or Soho during the day for great quality. In my time back in November, my 1 daygame lay was from gaming in this area.
Bryant Park had a Whole Foods near it and the Salesforce building. Quality was lower but you could find a worn out woman done with work who might be in need for some d1ck. Outside of these places, I think that Manhattan in general can be somewhat decent for game.
I'd avoid super touristy spots like Times Square as people are rushing to see stuff and have already been scared by the 10th homeless guy rushing at them and harassing them. The vibe is more tense and people are far less receptive.
The other thing you can do is just go to some bars like Hair Of The Dog or Mr Purple during the day and you will find that you can pull the occasional girl here and there. My roommate pulled a sorority girl from Texas doing her internship one summer from Hair Of The Dog during the day.
Online Game.
When I was in NYC, Hinge seemed to be the best app for online game for me. Other apps seemed to flooded and Hinge was the one where I consistently got matches. One app to look for in NYC is an app called BOUNCE. You basically choose where you want to have your dates based on area and then it runs you through matches in real time for like a certain amount of time. If you match, you meet on that day and if either of you flakes, they delete your profile. Years back, Bumble was good for me in NYC but around 2018 it went downhill.
As I continue this thread, I will talk about your competition and culture too.
