Number closed, but found out her age

Hi guys,

I just got a phone number from a girl I met, she seemed really nice and I really looked forward to calling her. But the day after I checked out her blog and found out that she was only 22. And that's way to young for my taste, I'm 32, since I am looking for the serious relationship. Anyway, my problem is this...

I have lost any interest in going out with her, should I call and tell her? Or should I just not call at all. To just not call would be the easy way out, but im kinda feeling bad for her. It must suck that ppl ask for number and not call.
I could also go out with her, and have a good time i bet. But why bother when I'm sure nothing will come out of it. It have also been 4 days since i met her, and I'm starting to think that it is to late to call anyway. What do you guys think?

Dude... there is absolutely nothing wrong with not feeling a connection with someone, whether that has to do with age, personality, cuteness, it doesn't matter. Girls do it all the time. Why should you feel bad about feeling the same way?

If you don't think there will be a connection, don't call her. Simple as that. Girls don't need an excuse. Me on the other hand, would keep her around, reguardless if I felt like I could have a romantic relationship with her. If she's hot, that'll just boost other chicks interest.

1. If you are single at 32, your "tastes" have been failing you, now, haven't they? What, are your tastes for women 7 years older with a kid? How do you know she's not looking for a "serious relationship"?

3. Is it too late to call her? I thought you weren't calling her because she is too young? What, are you going to call her and tell her you feel bad for not calling her? "Please forgive me, you are too young for my taste"?

Anyway, yes I'm 32 and single. Just got out of a 10 years relationship and feeling quite insecure with the whole dating thing. So forgive me for looking for a woman more my own age, but still feel sorry for other ppl when I'm afraid that I make them feel bad. Furthermore, do feel free to call me captain save-a-ho if that means that I try to be a nice guy, because I do.

I could be way outa line here but I think any 32 yr old guy who "doesn't want" a 22 yr old chick MUST have a screw loose. And whatever you do, don't let social stigma keep you from hooking up with younger women. Fukk the haters.

If you are on a mission to find a woman to settle down with (which I don't recommend, BTW) I would avoid anyone under 25. But to hook up with, date, fukk, have fun with.....a decent, mature younger woman is the way to go man.

The best relationship I ever had was with a 21 yr old when I was 31. The age difference caused its share pf problems, but all in all it was the best couple of years of my life.

I agree with most of your post, but I wouldn't say that when you are 40 you won't be able to get a 22 yr old, it happens all the time.

Seriously....lots of younger women in their early 20's will SAY they won't date an older guy, but I know from experience that what they say and what they do can be two totally different things.

The last chick I was fukking was 33. The one before that was 20. In between I have had numerous girls interested in me ranging in age from 23 to well into their 30's.

My dad once told me that my 30's would be the best time of my life. He was 100% correct. If you are a single guy in his 30's who takes decent care of yourself you should be a hot commodity for a broad range of women. Throw in a little ambition and you can pull women like a rock star if you are so inclined.

Don’t put yourself in the grave just yet. My number one plate right now is 19. I’m 48. I have to suppress a giggle when I’m told how immature, inappropriate and “wrong” it is. Yeah, I feel terrible. Ha ha.
