What if I just got a woman's number, but dont text her until Friday, thats about 5 days considering Monday just started.

In fact I can tell she probably checks her phone every now and then to see if I texted her, that kind of situation

I just wanted to make sure, that the 5 day wait wouldnt backfire and potentially lower her interest in a bad assumption kind kf way I.e "oh, hes the type to forget and texts 5 days later?"

I don't think waiting 3 days really matters anymore to be honest. I go with 2 days a lot or "whenever I feel like it" (somewhere between a day and a week).

I'd just text after 2 days. Say something clever and cool and see if you can line something up for Friday, as opposed to texting the day of. If she's high interest, she'll reserve that time.

Then do your own thing until Friday and take her out. Keep the texting low or close to nothing, but do respond obviously.

We are both going to hit 25 soon. I.e. we are young. And yes, we are both cell phone generation, txting type gen. So I'll take it that waiting 5 days or more is perfectly fine.

It doesn't matter how many days you go. As long as there is interest that's all you need. Waiting 3, 4, 5 days doesn't matter nor will it help you any more. If she doesn't really like you, what is waiting 5 days going to do for you?

I'm gonna disagree here. The key is not how much she liked you, but how many other options she has. If she's ugly and living on a deserted island, you can wait a year. But if she's attractive and going to parties, online dating, etc. etc. then she's going to get 500 offers per week. She'll forget about you if you wait too long.

I disagree. It doesn't matter how many offers she gets when the offers are from ugly backwards AFC's that she has no interest in. Guys who stand out are not forgotten and she will still remember you when you are better than the rest.

I was on POF in early Jan. I didn't log in again until like 24 days later to reply to my messages. Even after all those days the chicks replied back and I got two numbers as the chick said "looks like you don't get on her a lot, here's my number". I didn't even have a convo with her and still got her number.

Even if you call her the next day it doesn't matter. Do it when you want and forget about over thinking with rules.
