I met a chick in the club Saturday. She was really into me. My friend wanted to meet her, but she didn't want to talk to him. She only would talked to me. So, I didn't make any moves in front of my friends. I just got her number. I called her on Tuesday. She responded with a text message today. I asked her if she was feeling better (she said she was sick Saturday night). She said she felt so much better and thanks or asking. I replied saying that since she felt better, she could go out with my Friday night. I went a few hours with not response and sent "or not". She instantly sent a text that said, "hold on I'm at work! I can't always look at my phone".

I don't like the tone she took, so I just thought I'd ignore her now. If I knew a witty reply, I would reply, but I don't. If you have a suggestion, please feel free to respond.

I thought about saying "Don't get your panties in a wad".

you shouldnt have sent her the "or not" message. now she sees you as needy guy that gets worried when she doesnt answer her texts right away. she is busy at work and you should appear to be busy as well. even if she did ignore your first message so what... you should be spinning multiple plates anyway...

I understand that it seems needy, and I do have plates spinning on skinny little sticks. I guess I thought the worst in this situation. I guess I can't get it back on track with her.

I don't know why I do that crap. My instincts say "be needy", so I do. It's like something tells me that I need her to respond or I'm worthless.

I just can't seem to break the cycle. There's a trigger somewhere, but I'm not quite sure what it is.

I would think it would be easier to break the AFC mentality by having lots of women. Just like when rich people say that money doesn't matter. It's because they don't have to worry about money. A man with women doesn't have to worry about women.

So, I may have plates that I spin, but all of them are work with one exception, and she's the one I'm really not interested in. It just doesn't seem that easy, and I think a lot of people that come here are just keyboard jocking, but aren't really backing up their words. In real life they act just as AFC as I do, but it takes women to get more women. Just like it takes money to make money.

I stopped being an AFC when i took p*ssy off the pedastal. I get alot of women but I dont need them to enjoy my life. I have other things going on in my life that keep me busy and make me happy like reading books, playing sports, cooking, writing music, starting my own business, movies, traveling, hanging with family and friends, etc...

you seem to have oneitis right now because you are so focused on this one girl. there are 4 billion women out there. ask yourself this question "what makes this woman more special then all the other ones out there?"

I kind of felt that way too, and her response was to test to see if I'd be reactive, but by not being reactive to her cruel tone, I pass the test. We'll see. I don't know.
