has got to be one of the dumbest things people choose NOT to do.

I mean, exercise is one of the few things in life where you kill two birds in one stone. When you exercise, you are nourishing your mind and body.

I usually run near the beach, everynight for about 1.5.

It cracks me up because all the people in shape are out their running and these fatasses who should be running are the ones walking at snails pace screwing around.

Stuka, i agree man. I have the same view point. The more i work out and watch what i eat, the more disgusted i am of overweight people. The more disgusted i am of commercials and people who walk out of stores like costco filled with chips, pies, cookies, soda pop instead of vegitables, meat, fruits, dairy products. Before i used to somehow accept it, now im disgusted by it. Its not that i hate fat people, because there are those who are polite and very kind/helpful but so many are just mean and angry because they are fat.

another thing that has started to piss me off are radio commercials and TV commercials.... companies make consumers seem soo stupid. Im only 20 but i feel that when i walk outside im better than 50% of people that i meet. When i meet someone with the same goals as mine i have mad respect for them. I have respect for anyone who is motivated in their life!

Excercise saves lives!

the sad thing is.... burger king, mcdonalds, and all other fast food restaraunts now have gift cards! WTF!

"here son, for your birthday we got you a gift card so you can buy yourself a burger any time"

ill joing AAFA until i become old and fat, then ill quit lol

Obese people per se do not bother me.
What irks me most is this lazy, consumerist society we live in. I'm disgusted by the corporatist bottom dollar frenzy and the state of our nutrition and food.

Disgusted that it is so cheap to eat crap but expensive to eat clean and well...and disgusted by the advertising which prompts the population at large to eat cheap and eat quick. Most fat people are fat because they are too lazy and apathetic to care about what goes in their bodies. And it's not just confined to "fat" people. McDonald's has the resources and money to mold young minds into industrial food eaters, how can parents possibly compete with an order of french fries and a cool gift, especially when so many of them have terribly tainted eating habits as well?

Hey...I resent these fat comments. For some it's not their fault for getting that way, especially here in america where the food pyrmaid is the wrong way or they aren't taught how to eat properly.

Stop busting on fast food :) I love my MCDs! It's a great too for gaining weight and helping to achieve some good muscle. If your a skinny dude trying to get big...I'd HIGHLY recommend a 2-3 visits to the Mcdonalds a week.

And also its very cheap to eat healthy...just not easy cause you have to cook. Going to a fast food place and spending 8 dollars on one meal when a pack of ground beef for 8 bucks will feed you for a couple of days at LEAST.

WALKING IS GREAT FOR FATLOSS...RUNNING IS AWFUL AND IS TOO ADVANCED FOR AS YOU CALL "FAT SLOBS"....Get off your high horse...at least they are friggin out there doing something Stuka.

Every dietician and nutritionist in America disagrees with your recommendation. Eat fast food as little as possible. Research about the way those animals are processed, the cancerous chemicals in the food, and the nasty animal and insect byproducts you're eating as well.

Screw that...my cheat day wouldn't be complete without it :D

Its not for perfect for just eating healthy...that's obvious...but for building muscle its a good tool. Just my opinion. With all the $hit nowadays that doctors say can give you cancer who gives a flying fvck anyways.

Every dietician and nutritionist (or most anyway) in America would also disagree with people trying to gain 40-50lbs of muscular weight as well, eating more than 2.25 eggs a week and copious amounts of red meat.

In the context of gaining weight for a skinny guy, eating fast food for this purpose isn't a bad idea. It's not healthy, but you can argue that gaining weight isn't healthy either.

Insidious eating clean is cheaper than eating junk as the Stallion said. Of course if your idea of eating 'clean' is organic breakfast cereals, fruit juice and weight watchers desserts then yeah, it may well be more expensive. But basic foodstuffs (meat, eggs, vegetables, fruit) are very affordable when you're not buying crap food on top of them.

Ya know... I've been stripping for over 2 years now, and many a times you will find that fat chics tip you better!

I'm currently attempting a lean bulk as I don't wanna be prancing around with my gunt hanging any lower than it should, and I find that eating clean (but eating lots!) is crucial for staying as lean as you can while bulking. I'm finding lotsa clean complex carbs like brown rice, and meats that are moderately high in fat like lean ground beef are helping, as is lots of fruits and veges.

I think a high quality gainer is good too. I'm currently using PVL's Mutant Mass. Its supposed to have really high molecular weight starches that aren't processed the same way as maltodextrin is. It also has a fair bit of good fats.

You pay more per calorie for clean food than junk and processed food.

I mean, you're preaching to the choir here. I have been eating super clean for months now, to the point where people are amused by my repetitious eating habits. Eating clean involves relinquishing lazy cravings. Last week I had brown rice, pinto beans and chicken for 2 lunches and one dinner...fine by me. Most people in this country will not consider that a meal worthy of their dollar when they can spend 4 or 5 bucks for something that will sate their appetite and then some.

I find it incredibly hypocritical that you guys can justify using McDonald's to gain weight in the context of this forum. Why not just buy a few pounds of 15% ground beef and make some junky burgers with mayo and fat white bread (and don't forget the Kraft cheese). Buy some frozen fries, presto! Oh wait, that would cost a lot more than going to Micky D's...screw it, let's drive thru!

Hey man, if I had my way, I'd eat Carl's Jr ever single day. Their $6 dollar burger menu kicks ass. But I don't have my way, I could never rationalize eating that with the sole purpose of gaining lean weight.

That's true enough - but that's why for the skinny twig who needs calories (and to hell with where they come from), fast food is great and cheaper than homemade fast food. And it'd still be a once or twice a week thing, it definitely shouldn't be a staple (if you're concerned about bodyfat that is).

Of course, you don't NEED fast food even if you are skinny. It would be healthier and more anabolic if you just drank a load of raw eggs every day. It's just an option. Some people use it to socialise with their 'normal' friends as well.

btw 15% fat ground beef is clean food.
