Another off-day at the gym, benching.
Bench Press:
- Power Grip: 1x5x65
- Wide Grip: 2x8x60
- Narrow Grip: 2x8x55 Got a slight pain like last time, but nothing major. Failed last rep of first set on the way up. Managed to rack one side on the lowest point. Did last set with a spotter. Same story, but he helped me and I did 9 reps.

1x14 myatotic crunch

Went over to Jason's house, turned out he was heading to the gym, so I joined:
Some variation of deadlift/chinlift: 2x10x35
Squat/Press variation: 2x7x30
seated bicep curls, Z-Bar: 1x5x20 1x6x15 1x5x10 1x10x0
Bench Press: 1x10x50 1x4x70 1x1x70 1x5x60 1x7x50 1x5x50

Bench Press:
- Power Grip: 1x5x70
- Wide Grip: 1x5x65 , 1x7x60 1x6x60 (I think I did 3 sets here).
- Narrow Grip: 2x6x55
1x Myatotic crunch
1x HLRs
Weight: 68.6kg

Fairly poor lifting, but Im happy withh the 70kg, although the last rep was slightly spotted. I was surprised on how no one came to help me when I was stuck on the bottom on the last set.

Went gymming with Violet today.
Squat: 3x5x95 Fairly easy, but my breaks weren't long enough, so I had slightly poor form.
Deadlift: 1x5x115 Olympic bar. It felt heavier than 115.
1x1x115
1x2x115 Decided to call it quits, as I had no interest in injuring myself.
2x Myatotic crunch w/4kg dumbell.
Weight: 67kg. Diarrhea the past 3 days.

Fairly weak today. I assume that is due to aftereffects of the diarrhea and little eating for quite a few days.

Stopped gymming for some reason. Continued not gymming due to exams.
Did have 2 workouts during this period, the last one today. Both with a friend, so not my usual workout. Did manage 5x90kg squats, so not too bad. Hopefully I'll continue to work out over the summer holidays as I stay in Norway.

Sounds good.I have a few questions though.

It doesn't seem that you really have much variation in there.You following a specific program,or set it up yourself? Maybe I could help you with another program if you would like.
You follow a strict diet? Or just eat a lot.Interested in how you eat.

As Im sure you know, I did the skinnyguy programme, then Starting Strength, now Im doing a bench press routine with squats and deads. Right now over the holiday ill be working out with friends, so just weird ass sh1t.

I dont even consider myself as to having a diet anymore. Perhaps ill enter a phase sometime soon where i have a lot of passion for this again. Currently I just eat and try to eat more when I see a possibility to do so. My food awareness is subconcious.

Hit the gym with a friend today. Let him lead.
3 sets of:
'Sitting rows'
Pull ups wide / narrow
Lat pulldowns

Proceeded onto rows 3 sets. Did it with 40kg, was actually heavy, did not want to have poor form, as this is my first time doing it.

Finished up with 3 variations of bicep work.

All the back work exhausted my forearms and somewhat biceps, thus I didnt feel it in my back.

Hit another gym with 2 other friends after movies yesterday.

Put a bar of 95kgs on my back and quickly deducted that it was too much.

Joined them for 3 sets of shoulder presses, which I did standing w/bar. 30kgs.

frontal raises, 7.5kg x 3
Lateral raises 7.5kg x 2

Skullcrushers 2x10kg x 3 supersetted with close grip Z-bar 10kg
Decline sit ups x 3

Alright, so Im back again! Exactly like last year, I quit over the summer vacation (apart from like 10 workouts with friends). I didn't start up again as I came down here to SA again, however I did have 2-3 workouts with my new friend, Snow.

This weekend we created a 'Gym Crew'. It helps for added motivation, thus I started today, finally.

So yeah, I'm planning on going hard for this. It's going good!

My squats are doing good. I periodically increased and found that I was able to do 90x5, so my squats aren't down much!

Moved onto bench and struggled at 50kgs. However, I persevered and managed to go all the way till 65kgs, where I failed after my 4th rep (and had to get saved, as per usual).

Did some ab work, then minor back work, as I want to start working out my back and see how it goes and whether I need to fix my 'injury'.

As I finished and had my energade and shake (like 700 cals+), the guys arrived, so I joined them and did some of the exercises. Did some more work for my back and did some abs. Had another shake. I can tell this is gonna be good. I'm ready to get big.

I measured myself a little while ago, at close to 67kgs. I think I've grown taller.

Hit the gym with the guys yesterday.

Did some squats alone. Weaker than last week, did 3x5x80kg.

Moved to bench. Did 2x5x60kg

Then Dom convinced me to join them and I did some tricep extensions. Did some rows. Both x15,x12,x10,x8,x6. Didn't like the x15, but decent in terms of warmup I suppose.

Moved over to abs, where I showed them my exercise. Did 2x of the myatotic crunches with a 4kg dumbell. I did the same last week and couldn't sneeze properly till friday.

We moved back and did some more tricep work with dips, which I cut short after 2 sets.

Since last week I've gone up to 68.5kg, so it's going solid!

It's coined by Tim Ferriss. It's basically an alternate way to work the core the same way you would if you were laughing hard for a couple minutes. You go down on all four, breathe in, breathe out all the air you can, hold for 12 seconds, repeat x12 or so.

Bench: 1x5x60 1x5x65
Mytatotic crunch 2x4x~12
One arm rows: 1x20x8 1x40x8
Dips: 1x10
Weight: 69.2kgs

Had a short and sweet sesh today. Can't play guitar properly and am having trouble wielding a pen. Forearms need to get stronger for me to hit my back properly.

Deadlift:
1x5x110
1x3x110 my grip failed me here. I tried to lift it up again, but had to drop to the ground as I reached the top.
1x5x90

2x myatotic crunch w/4kg dumbell.

Rows:
1x8x60
1x12+x50

My back and forearms are fairly underdeveloped, so I need to work on them.

Had a nice session with Snow just now.

Squat: 1x5x95 2x5x90
Bench: 3x5x60 the last 2 sets were extremely easy, so this is good!
Did minor ab work, then a minor set of 50kg barbell shrugs.

I'm weighting in at 70.2kg in the morning now. I'm gaining ridiculous amounts. I can feel bigger and stronger, but I feel like I'm getting fat too. Oh well, I'm skinny. I'll just slim down for a month just before december.
