Alright, so Im back again! Exactly like last year, I quit over the summer vacation (apart from like 10 workouts with friends). I didn't start up again as I came down here to SA again, however I did have 2-3 workouts with my new friend, Snow.
This weekend we created a 'Gym Crew'. It helps for added motivation, thus I started today, finally.
So yeah, I'm planning on going hard for this. It's going good!
My squats are doing good. I periodically increased and found that I was able to do 90x5, so my squats aren't down much!
Moved onto bench and struggled at 50kgs. However, I persevered and managed to go all the way till 65kgs, where I failed after my 4th rep (and had to get saved, as per usual).
Did some ab work, then minor back work, as I want to start working out my back and see how it goes and whether I need to fix my 'injury'.
As I finished and had my energade and shake (like 700 cals+), the guys arrived, so I joined them and did some of the exercises. Did some more work for my back and did some abs. Had another shake. I can tell this is gonna be good. I'm ready to get big.
I measured myself a little while ago, at close to 67kgs. I think I've grown taller.
