It's a mixed bag. On one hand, you have a pride in you to show that you can pleasure a woman. It's not just a femcentric idea. As men, we have it instilled in us to make our women happy. But I can also see on the reverse that this chivalry is a feminist ideal. And that you making her *** or feel good is your prerogative to her.

However, I have noticed that even when I did not last long for the woman --- they still kept asking me over. I think just being able to make you *** is all the woman cares for. And whether they get off or not, it shouldn't be our responsibility. It's nice for pride reasons, but that's it.

There are lots of anecdotal stories on the internet regards benefit and disbenefit. Ill tell you that when I do it, I notice major positive benefits. I'm not a weird guy either. No issues getting laid. Always have 1 to 3 plates. Which also might explain why I don't feel serious urges to fap.

Is it a placebo? I don't think so. But even if it was, that's a positive benefit in itself!
