I will also add that when you're walking around with blue balls you're more likely to do something you would'nt if you were fapping. I.e having sex and catching a smv

Day 9 so far, about the longest I have gone in forever. Noticing that I have shifted more from wanting to watch porn to potentially thinking of sex with my online dating matches and women I meet in general. I will be going out and approaching later in the afternoon after my final interview is finished but that should give me a good litmus test on where things are with NF.

So I've been skeptic of no fap, but today it finally paid off. I have only watched porn once this month and that was Sunday night before a big business trip I had to go to. TBH. I think Porn is the main issue because it is so artificial to us and causes us to fap too much. I noticed the feeling coming back in my penis during stimulation from my girl and I was able to finish from a HJ this morning. I quit cigs in 2013 and managed 8 years away from the tobacco. Unfortunately have relapsed and
have been a regular smoker for the last year. I'd like to quit again, I'm hoping to use my 11
year old niece as a motivation. For reasons best known to her she adores and idolises me. I
don't want to let her down, I quit tailor made cigarettes about a month ago, smoking roll ups
now, less tobacco per day than the equivalent amount of ready made cigarettes so it's a reduction
at least. Been nearly a month off the weed so that's definitely progress.
