as i stated before im doing bi-daily workouts 4 times a week (in the morning i do cardio and abs, and afternoon weights and abs) its working like a charm :), from 83 kg i dropped to 80,5 kg in 2 and a half weeks, although its a very tiring training, and in the first days my body sored a lot ( cramps also ), but i started taking bcaas + glutamine + creatine and i feel im full of energy. forgot completely about fox hunting in my life for now and im focusing in my life more. all i can say is never felt better.

You're not supposed to work your abs 8 TIMES A WEEK. They're just like every other muscle; despite the fact they regenerate slightly faster due to some different muscle fiber crap, they need heaps of rest. You will actually gain more and faster by doing less work on them.

Direct Ab work two times a week is more than enough... you don't even have to do direct ab work if you're doing things like squats and deadlifts, but it sounds to me like you should.

And remember, each set should only contain about 10-12 reps - don't make the girly mistake of doing something that takes 30 reps, that builds muscle endurance, not strength.. you want abs that pop. Chuck some weights on your chest when doing crunches, etc... just thought I'd throw that in in case you aren't aware.

Hey Brian, please do some research before you start giving advice on the forums. Thanks.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

I also agree that Brian gave good advice. Viroid, before we start flaming you for jumping the gun, what is the reason for your comment?

Good advice and I agree Deadlifts and Squats and don't forget Clean and Press another compounder that also works the abs.

his advice was fine

10-12 is ok, personally i would go 8-10 reps though.
He forgot to add that you need to add weights or do it on a incline. 10-12 situps is EASY without weights lol

Wait he said crunches... don't you mean normal situps?
