Whey is what happens when you put cream through a coffee filter. Much less of it, but thats what it is pretty much. Whether or not it has lactose in it as a ingredient I don't know, but I think it would being it comes from cream unless you get the lactose free whey.Originally posted by Kaine

A rash is not a symptom of lactose intolerance.
If you were intolerant you would have at least stomach discomfort.
