Some people get a puffy nose and a lowered immune system from milk.

Some days ago I totally cut dairy, and not plan to include if for a long time to come.

About the diet; is it that hard to make a diet without dairy?

It sounds like you're lactose-intolerant. This isn't a very uncommon disorder, and structuring a healthy and well-balanced nutritional plan won't be any great feat for you. Since you're interested in bulking, the focus should be on protein - just about any "normal" diet plan is going to work for you, just replace things such as cottage cheese and the like with a different snack, perhaps a can of tuna.

I switch to goats milk for protein shakes as milk gave me a runny nose and bloated guts.

Since then I've been fine. It tastes slightly different, but now a couldn't tell you it's any different.

its a great resouce for lifting and all that sort of thing.

just eat lots of protein man. the rule is 1 g for each lb that you weigh.

and eat lots of calories.

to get bulkier all you gotta do is eat more than your maintaince calories (the amount of calories that you have to eat in order ot stay the same weight) eat like 500-1000 over that.

if you have a raging metabolism like me you might wanna jack up the numbers to like 1000-1500 more.

my maintaince is around 3500 calories. so i gotta eat like 4500 to gain weight :D

but then again i hit the gyms hard every other day and cardio every other day too.

I think you have an allergy to milk, not lactose intolerance.

A rash is not a symptom of lactose intolerance.

If you were intolerant you would have at least stomach discomfort.

Strange is lactose a usual ingredient in whey protein powders?

Whey is what happens when you put cream through a coffee filter. Much less of it, but thats what it is pretty much. Whether or not it has lactose in it as a ingredient I don't know, but I think it would being it comes from cream unless you get the lactose free whey.
