So can you join in/ would you benefit from the No Fapping challenge even if you get some tail regularly (at least once a week)

No fap/porn is aimed at helping 2 groups of people.

Those with erectile dysfunction and those who can't get sex/girls.

IF you are getting sex each week who cares whether you fap or not.

I haven't wanked/Fapped since April. I've had sex several times, but haven't ejaculated.

The mentality behind deciding to stop wan*ing was - well it felt seedy & I felt I was better than that. I wouldn't of been happy say for example if I w*nked then a couple days later didn't perform in bed with a woman as good as I would have done if I hadn't wan*ed.

I probs deserve a medal for keeping my load in this long!

I don't watch porn period! Porn is the culprit not masturbation. I do not fap and have not in a long time. I, was however getting laid twice a week (f-buddy) but that has been over for

three weeks and I'm still solid. Porn has so much negative effect that it is unbelievable. You know looking at pics for example Chive is better than porn cuz you'd be working your imagination rather

than getting to see whatever you want. Who so ever does edging and what not quit that entirely, it is worse. What ever I said , you can google it and see for yourself.

Day 2!

This is the first time I have tried to quit fapping probably since I was in 8th grade. So about 7 years.

I am extremely excited to see how this pans out and what types of changes this will bring to the plate emotionally, physically, psychological.

I have one quick question to you mates:

Without fapping, how hard will it be to last long with a girl?

I ask this because I have s3x every month or so, somtimes I get a chick that i sleep with many times within a month. So basically I do not want to be the guy who lasts like 2 minutes because I have beat the meat

haha well regardless I'm in it for the long haul. At least 6 months to get the full effect of this experiment.

This will be a hard journey.

The guy scientifically explains why s3x and masturbation are completely different, and how each one triggers different reward areas in the brains and releases different chemicals.

He explains how fapping can be detrimental to ones life and how the use of porn or porn addiction can lead to erectile dysfunction and lead to symptoms of depression, social anxiety, ocd etc.

He also explains how sex does nothing of the matter because it serves a completely different biological function.

So yea dude, personally I think eliminating fap out of your life even if you have s3x is still beneficial and still is apt to work.

you can always go for round 2 if you blow it early. Honestly i think chicks appreciate the animalistic fvucking that comes from a dude who cant hold back. Do some good forplay so she is plenty warmed up and give it to her. If she wants more, recharge and go again. I see no issue here.

I used to do mini no-fap challenges with my LTR chick, and the sex was better if I hadn't blown it in a while, even if it was sometimes shorter.

I think I'm at day 10, and holy-eff I'm I can really tell now. I recently re-signed up for a facebook account after not having one for a few years. Got a bump of friend requests from a bunch of people including this chick who I always thought was a super mega cutie. We used to casually flirt at friends parties, but we were both in LTR's. Just seeing her picture pretty much set me off! I think shes single now, have no idea what her IL is, or if there ever was any, but I wish I would run into her and find out!!
The no fap thing does seem to spark extra motivation.
