I kinda agree with the no contact thing but the problem is these women have 50 other options so if I dont contact her the next man will.So what do you do about that.

That's what "no contact" is for, guys with low self-esteem that are worried about one single woman not wanting them.

I really wish people would realize that "no contact" isn't an offensive tool, rather it's a defense while the man works on evolving his emotional intelligence.
