No access to gym

I have no access to a gym but still would like to work out.

I know this seems stupid, but couldn't I just do push-ups/crunches, etc?

Are there any certain exercises that dont require access to a gym or any weightlifting equipment?

You don't put on much, if any, mass without weights. Pushups only help to a point if you're already weak. Crunches improve your ab muscles, but you won't add muscle mass.

Find a way to get access to a gym. No town or city is without at least one.

I haven't worked out at a gym once in my life and I haven't lifted any weights. I've done training with my own body, such as pushups, sit-ups and many other forms of exercises and it has given fantastic results. I used to train for 1.5 - 2 hours a day 6 days a week with this stuff. What I included in my workout was in addition to the regular routine, posing. Have you tried that? You can really feel the muscles tension when you target them and if you stretch them out after the workout, you should gain mass, but keep in mind it won't give you the same result as weights would.

I have pics to back this up.

The abs you can do without weights quite easily - just lower your BF%. Those pecs I have doubts about. Where's the before pictures?

But if you did build your pecs that big without weights, more power to ya.

I did my training without weights. I'm sixteen and I've been training since I was 12. I've stopped training recently because I'm so damn sick of it. The pics are from July.

Start lifting with weights and you'd be a shoe in for your HS football team.

you could actually get pretty ripped with just push ups
& crunches. but thats all you'll have chest , arms & abs.
you'd have to do some kind of squating movements
for your legs.

You dont have a gym at your school? Or even your city? If not then buy 2 or 3 sets of dumbbells, you can do alot with a set of 30's 60's and 90's or so
