I'm holding my breath until the Bruins can sac up and get to a position of being a real hockey team.

I live just outside of Tampa Bay and follow the Lightning closely but my heart and soul belong to Bean town.

I don't think the Lightning will get past the Sens either. I was at game 4 here in Tampa and they looked like stir fried sh!t. Marty was a li'l firecracker as usual.

Ya, now that they freed up some sallary space, bruins need to invest into some good younger players during the offseason. I heard rumors that they will try to get Zdeno Chara once he becomes a free agent, at all costs.

As for tampa, I know what you mean. That's what happens when you don't have a deep bench. There's only so mach St Louis, Lecavalier, and Richards can do before they get tired and play weak. By having a deep bench like the sens did, you get to spread minutes around and allow star players to rest and go the distance without turning sloppy (most of the time). In the playoffs, that makes all the difference.

Well the Bruins are on the right track after firing their GM (should have been fired on the spot for trading Joe Thornton).

I still have my hopes that Detroit will bounce out of their funk and beat Edmonton. If that is not the case then its going to come down to between the Devils and the Sens and whomever comes out on top will win it all.

...and the wings are out.

amazing 3rd period game, but detroits age finally cought up with it. the ultra competitive northwest division looks like it will win all of its series. first colorado, then edmonton then calgary. so far, this is shaping to be one of the best stanley cup races ever.

from the looks of it, next stop: battle of alberta, this is gonna be tooth and nail combat.

big salute to stevie Y, one of the greatest captains to ever step into a hockey arena.

Detroit's lack of hustle and finally caught up with them. Props to Edmonton for outworking them.

Man, did the Mighty Ducks get ripped off in the 1st period of today's game. They should definitely make any call reviewable if it affects a goal.

well I was right with regards to Anaheim but wrong with regards to Detroit.

Now its round number 2 here are my predictions.

Buffalo Vs Ottawa - This will be a goal fested series but ultimatley I give the edge to the sens. Sens in 6.

NJ vs Carolina - Carolina looked confused at times against the Canadians and their playoffs inexperience was showing. NJ in 5.

SJ Vs Edmonton - This will be a tough serious because it could go either way. Joe Thornton is the key here because he tends to dissapear during the playoffs when his team needs him most. As a result I give it to Edmonton in 7.

Anaheim Vs Colorado - before the playoffs I would have given the edge to Anaheim but now its seems that Colorado goltender Jose Theodore has gained his form back and looks to be very good. I say Colorado in 6.

hasek did a full practice, he will be in game 4 from what i've heard. at this point i'm not sure if it's doable, but in order for sens to do 4 in a row, they will need the confidence of knowing they have an all star goalie to make up for their sloppy turnovers.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.
