Ok, to the point. This girl was supposed to let me know when she wanted to meet to get a project done. Then she texts me saying that she is going on another guys project. She basically said, she was sorry that she did not let me know, said she was busy. So should I just ignore her completely and not talk to her because its likely I will see her tomorrow.

I'm not sure how school projects equate to dating? There is nothing to be mad at her about - its not like she cancelled a date on you.
