The ending of a marriage can really fvck things up. When mine ended, I thought I'd be perfectly fine. She was never home, so I figured I'd have no issues letting her go. That was true, but something else showed up that completely caught me off guard. I discovered how desperate and starved I was for female attraction. I developed one-itis for the first two women I dated after my marriage ended. I didn't really kill it until after I got into a 9-month relationship with a woman I wasn't particularly physically attracted to.
It'll take some time to get your head on straight. Give it a year or so. You also need to figure out what you really want at this point in your life. For me, I don't want to live with a woman nor find a life-long companion. All I really want is a hot woman by my side, be it long term, short term, or in multiples. All I want is to enjoy a sexy babe.
The second woman I dated after my ended marriage is currently a fvck buddy. The reason why she could never be more is because she's a full time single mother with two kids. Her only free night is Saturday night, which rarely works for me. She's absolutely amazing in bed, but lousy relationship material.
I'm not saying that you should get into a FB relationship with this woman. You need to ditch her for at least a year and move on with your dating life before you can re-kindle ANY kind of relationship with a past lover. You should seriously eliminate this woman from you life (for now) and focus on getting some more dating experience under your belt. The more you date, the less desperate you become.
