Newbie - help!

Hey guys, I've been reading this content on this site of a number of years, and love it. Here's my biggest problem. I KNOW most of this stuff, but for some reason I which I don't know why, I have a problem executing the things I've learned here; I usually, no ALWAYS, resort back to my chump ways even though I know it's not working. Why is this?

in short stop reading and go out have fun at first then start to talk with random people at random subjects and even after that start to hit on girls

the program doesn't work- you work
it is not the program that hits on girls-it is you
stop reading-start doing
