If some of u fools would get in great shape.....half your troubles would go away....you would still have to approach, but at least half the girls would be on your balls. So just get strong, or get rich. News flash....they like muscles and money....and u decide how u want to give it to them. No more crying in 2014.

Meanwhile on bodybuilding.org ripped dudes are crying about being forever alone. I think facial aesthetics are most important when it comes to looks. The ripped dude with a hideous face and no game simply isn't gonna get laid. Hell without game even with muscles, money and good looks a man is still going to struggle. Sure he'll be able to get laid but as soon as the woman realizes he's not a real man it's over. Work on becoming a true man to get true desire from women instead of infatuation over big muscles and bank accounts.

you are 100% correct sideways. i'm going to dedicate 2014 to getting in shape cause i cannot expect a girl to talk to me if i'm not in shape. i'm going to overdo it because i know that if i just work out four times a week i won't get results worth shut.

i signd up for the gym yesterday and worked out...today im tired...

well if u are not eating healthy you wont get in good shape too lol

4 times a week is better than nothing. you also dont need to workout everyday either. it helps if you do but its not necessary and even then take sunday and/or saturday off.

its also important to note guys especially the ones that havent lifted a muscle beyond the ones need to lift the fork and remote control in years that you dont kill yourself. your body is going to probably go into a state of shock. let it recover. dont hit it hard and certainly give yourself a day or two off after your first workout which was likely your first workout ever or in years.

give the body a warm up period. and ya cut out the crappy eating too which I would suggest to start working on that first to help the body deal with the shock of working out.

Someone said that on bodybuilding.com some loser is crying cuz he has a hideous face......no more crying in 2014. If u happen to have a hideous face... ......be the mothereffer who gets the gurl with ur hideous face....and rub it in my face.....no more crying, complaining, whining,being a pvssyfvck in 2014.
