So a new women in my life. Really pretty.

She's recently started by get overly invested.

The thing is it seems like she's started to worship me. It's making me pull back a little and take stock.

I really like her and am open to a relationship. I've told her she needs to slow down, having a hard time understanding bthe pedal she's put me on.

Basically she doesn't know me well enough to be this invested in me. My dilemma is I fancy pants off her and get on with her really well.

She's got onitis for me. Don't know how to deal with it. A red flag yeah?

How old are both of you.

Is she divorced?.
Kids??

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

Women who move too fast and prematurely can also unexpectedly eject at that same speed… or do the opposite and cling codependently.

Hate to say it, but I doubt that this would be a good recipe for a long term relationship. I’d file this one under “light hearted fun.”

Great insight thank you. She's since started mentioning the push pull games I play with her (I haven't been).

She's starting to lose her mind for me. Which is becoming a bit of a reality check.

Had this with a woman not long ago. It drove me away and I lost all my interest, attraction and respect I had for her. It's fun at first but it gets really suffocating when they're head over heels with you.

This can be an indicator of BPD. Not necessarily, but the possibility is on the table.

Such women will make you feel like a king and worship the ground you walk on, only to turn into a monster once the hooks are in.

Such early investment is almost always a sign of potential problems. As @Black Widow Void says, when they attach that fast, they will often detach just as fast.

Hold your ground. Time will tell you the answers. Keep the strong mental position you are in right now. She won't give up if she is real. Don't entertain her demands.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

Been seeing her a lot lately. I must admit I really like her.

Don't get me wrong I'm m still causious, and she seems a little too good to be true, but i definitely want to see where this goes, only time is going to tell.

Well as someone that has the same thing going on with a new gal i can tell you that at least for me it’s like a good drug. She talks about her attraction being inordinate. I even did the wait a few dates before getting some, it’s a new approach but I’m finding it satisfying.

After so many quality issues with chicks being very attractive but not a good fit, this one is consistently satisfying in every way. Definitely long term material.

I’m just going with the flow, but titrating my time with her, because I have to keep her level of interest high: anyone experienced with women knows that you have to be a busy guy ya know. This bugs but I have to keep my outcome independence despite wanting to see her all the time. I have other outstanding plates, but she’s much better in almost every way. Even considering going monogamous.

For both of us (op and I) only time will tell.

Several red flags?

I really like her and am open to a relationship. I've told her she needs to slow down, having a hard time understanding bthe pedal she's put me on.
You must meet her and you are already talking about a relationship? Way too needy behavior. Red flag 1
Basically she doesn't know me well enough to be this invested in me. My dilemma is I fancy pants off her and get on with her really well.
You already put her on a pedestal. This won't end well for you as her interest will drop like stone quickly. Red flag 2.

She's got onitis for me. Don't know how to deal with it. A red flag yeah?
Sounds like you have a big onitis on her already more than you realize, (and way more than she has). Red flag 3.

My take on this, take a chill pill and step back dude. You just meet her.. Find other chicks and just not focus on this bird.

What this guy said. My ex-wife did it to me.
