Hi all

I just joined the gym. Im about 165, 5'11. Can someone please tell me where to find/read a guide to bulking up?

Deadlift
Barbell or Dumbbell Rows
Reverse Flyes
Barbell or Hammer Curls
Lateral Pulldowns

DAY 2 PUSH

Dumbell Press / Bench Press
Barbell or Dumbbell Shoulder Presses
Flyes
Tricep Dips / Tricep Pulldown
Lateral / Front Raises

DAY 3 LEGS

Front or Back Squats
Barbell or Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Calf Raises (3x12) - only if a seriously lagging bodypart
Weighted Crunches or Weighted Hanging Leg Raises (3x12
