Hi all, new to this, i'm from Glasgow Scotland

Don't worry this isn't one of those 'Help Newb' posts, I have some idea of the seduction community but obviously have a lot to learn and would love to share experiences and read all the advice out there.. so mucho respect to all of you !

If you want a laugh though the reason I'm here is I have spent the last few years getting it all wrong with women... big time! Its funny, I would chase them around like the little hard to get butterflies they imagine they are, giving compliments, being nice. The final straw was that I have been dating a girl who after 4 weeks would still not let me kiss her , Ive spent quite a fair bit of money on these dates and she acts like the some queen. she actually likes to throw negs at me!! wtf is going on!!! It gets worse, she sits there talking about sex during dates.. toys vibrators, underwear, the works. Meanwhile im getting nowhere, balls like feckin watermelons, hoping that she might finally want some action and she must be having a great time winding this guy up like a toy doll!

So here I am, Its a bit like that scene in the film Fight club. where he sees that his life has been consumed by lies and bull**** and he needs some escape, something to bring back his sense of what it means to be free and to act like a man. I agree with that film, the Male identity has been destroyed in some sense over the turn of the century. From a personal point of view I was brought up by a single mother, and my Father was not dominant. So I ended up being primed as a polite and apologetic nice young man.. no disrespect, I had a good upbringing. But you see it everywhere in films and advertising, men are portrayed as bufoons and women as the morally superior who get to have the last laugh. After that last date a bit of me died forever.

I would love to learn how to get this stuff right, Ive got nothing to lose, im 30 yrs old soon to be 31, decent looking, could lose a few pounds and tone u, have very little fashion sense and dont know how to seduce women, dont know what to say and dont know how to act.. but its a start!! I have motivation so that counts for a lot. I might as well spend and invest in this area of my life as Its what its all about at the end of the day.. getting my pride back

Fit like Glasgow Boy, I'm a North East loon and also pretty new here.

Can't offer you any significant advice on your predicament but I can say there is a lot of good info here that has so far helped me to a degree and some very helpful posters, whose advice/insight is a breath of fresh air if you are prepared to suspend your pride, step back and take a hard look at things.

Good luck! :)

Start with the DJ Bible and it's a lot of material but it's worth every minute of it.

I attended a great workshop today actually and although the one I attended does not cater to inexperienced in the "seduction community", there are some that will go over the basics - that's if you don't choose to read though.

I can tell your on a good track, your definitely going to get this. You already pointed out all of your mistakes. . . .

The sunny side of the street.
First, welcome GlasgowBoy! You've made the most important step in the process - realizing your problem and wanting to change it! Awesome!

Admittedly, I've never "done" the Bootcamp or anything like that. I did it on my own and did it for myself, and what a change it made.

You mentioned something about fashion sense?

Try http://www.kinowear.com

I'm pretty sure it was referenced/advertised either here or somewhere else. Good stuff to read.

Helped me out a lot.

EDIT: What about "The Book of Shuma Gora?" I always hear everyone reference the DJ Bible, but never Shuma Gora. It's a great read.

Your post made me laugh as I realized that you're on the other side of the globe from me, but the women there act essentially the same as they do here. Some things are universal it seems.

Welcome to the boards. Hit the DJ Bible for the very generalized stuff you are asking about, then get into the field and post any questions or hang-ups. Good luck!
