Suits don't cost much more than alot of that hip-hop/gangsta sh!t they sell down in the local mall. Really, for about the same price as a pair of baggy pants, an oversized sports jersey, and a pair of sneakers, you could have one or two cheap suits.

And speaking from experience, cheap suits are no better than expensive ones... have them tailored to fit you and you'll look like a million bucks (It only costs about $15.00 - $20.00 for alterations where I live). ;)

hey man the fit has such a huge impact on the look.

even when you find your size.. 99 percent of time for me its too long.

i would learn how to shorten it or something, if i ts a real good shirt on a real good deal.
otherwise try to find stuff that fits well.

you know... like just slightly below the top of your pants.
it looks 10x better.

Yeah, and if you're in good shape then thats even more true. Clothes are, I believe, ment to enhance your body... not to cover it up.;)

Yeah, contrast. It looks fvcking cool. But why does it look cool? Because it's another layer of complexity to your look. Without contrast it's easier to immediately label you. With contrast you have to think about it for a bit. You're not sure. Which is sexy.

Dress completely preppy and people will assume you're a prep. Dress completely goth and people will assume you're a goth. But mix up that prep look with some goth shiet, or vice versa, and suddenly people aren't exactly sure what label to give you. People will want to figure you out so they can slot you in the appropriate box (human nature). But they can't figure your angle off the bat so they think about you. You stand out in their mind. For better or worse, you possess mystery that the rest of the sheep around you do not. Sexiness.

I have pretty shaggy hair and I wear a suit. I used to have really long hair, but everyone thought I was a mobster or something so I had to cut it off.

Anyways, contrast is good. I hadn't realised until now that I've been doing that all along.

After reading the article I just had to reply. This is some good stuff and I will take your guys advice and pick what fits me.
I dont have style at all so I dont want people to be shock since I start wearing this things that people never seen me wear so what should I do. Should I mix it up so people dont label me, but what if I am already labeled lets say a prep or goth or whatever how can i get out of that with out transforming into someone who doesnt have stlye and then that does style.
(Im not sure if this makes sense) Or should I just take your guys advice and just wear what looks good on me and fvck what catergory Im in....(prep,goth etc.)

Shades

Shades are the shyt if you wear them correctly. I spend a lot of time on boats and boat places (put in bay). If your shades look cool then wear them and as you approach women or they approach you.......pull your shades down a bit so they are on the tip of your nose and peer out from them. Tilt your head a bit and give just the slightest nod so your eyes appear from the back of the shades.....it's a nice/confident effect.

phatboi408: Wear whatever you want... Don't let others influence what you want to wear. If you think something looks good on you, go for it. You don't have to necessarily AIM for a style or label. Whatever you wear will be your style.

I hate when people try copying other peoples style , cuz i believe u should make ur own style that fits u .... like me i had a great style that usually no one else had in high shcool , and the girls noticed that, they even voted me the best dresser three years in a row.... Cuz i didnt choose clothes from watching other people i chose them cuz they fit me well ... Just go out and try clothes that you like and think u would be comfertable in....
