Hey you guys this place seems like a great place. I read the DJ Bible for high school and it really seemed to help me realize what I was doing wrong. However I have two questions that just keep bothering me.

1. When I'm in a class and I'm supposed to treat them all as friends how do I break into their conversations? Because most of the time they're all just talking about something that I have no idea what to say about.

2. How do I talk to a girl in my class that I really want to talk to but she sits across the room and we can't move seating positions? She mostly talks to other girls and when she isn't talking to those few girls she's silent. Based on that and her body language I've got a good guess that she's shy. How should I get to know her without looking a total creeper?

Thanks a lot for reading this I really have a good feeling about this site!

from my experience...

1. You don't have to join the large conversation all the time...sometimes isolating various people on different days is better..somtimes you work group a sometimes group b...as long as you're talking to as many people as possible throughout the day..you'll develop the social skills...also try and join more clubs/sports/make new friends/more hobbies...so you;ll have more to talk about

2. shy girls usually don't get creeped out as much as the popular kids...shy girls are usually not approached for the ironic reason, they're shy...so if you approach her..she might not be talkative right away..but if she's interested after a whlie it's easy to get them talk...EVERYONE IS TALKATIVE...once you reach the personal level...it's actually easier to approach shy girls though..so you're lucky...next time you see her in class or out simply walk up and say hi...but if you're not sure of yourself and slightly shy....then perhaps for your first few approaches...just approach when you're next to her coincidentally

OF COURSE THOUGH...DJ'S EVENTUALLY MAKE OPPORTUNITIES RATHER THAN WAIT FOR THEM...but if you're new as you say are...then build up to it

Add em on facebook, then ask em for homework help or somthing.
be like:

"hey your in my math class right"
"yep"
"what pages did we have for homework"
"pg 42-56"
"thanks"

then the next day, go up to em, say thank you for the help, talk to em a bit more, ask em to hang out, then ask em out"

first date, use kino and stuff, and kiss em if you feel ok

do somthing around that
