New Diet + Routine Comments Please

Well I just done my first real training session on the 3 day split.

8x6x120kg Squat
4x6x200kg LegPress
4x6x100kg Stiff Leg Deadlifts
4x25x200kg calf Raise
4x6x20kg Pullups

I couldn't do any ab work or any lower back work at all was too sore. I finished this in around 65 mins and I still feel I could go in this arvo and belt out another training session.

My kickboxing trainer has recommended that I stick to the 3 day split for weights pickup some kettlebell work on the other 3 days and do early morning cardio on all 6 days something easy like walking or swimming to loosen up the muscles. In his veiw the strength is already there just need to eat more and train harder to gain the muscle mass needed.

From memory, you live in Australia or NZ? If you're close to a powerlifting club, you should go there. Best place to get strong. If you're in Aus, PM me your city / state and I'll send you some details.
