Anyone know any good Ab exercises?

Routine
Upper abs - Ab rollouts and Lalanne push ups
Lower abs - Hang legs raises
Obliques - Drawbridge

I've been following this routine for a good two months now so fancy trying some new exercises.

If your wondering what the Drawbridge exercise is, google them (Drawbridge exercise athlean x). If your fancy trying them out then i strongly encourage you to.

P.S. No crunches please, have never been a fan of them

You're definitely a fan of the word "fancy".

Just kidding.

I've gotten good results from my abs by engaging them in day to day workouts of other body parts. Suck in and flex them while walking. Practice posture while sitting. Keep it sucked in and back straight while doing standing exercises.

Think i'll just stick with my good old tried and tested routine. May throw in some other exercises like Dragon flag every so often.
Cheers for the advice

P.S. Haha, i do say "fancy" abit to much, oh well :D

Hi RedSky,
Some simple exercise of abs which you can do at home also.
Crunch is effective for your upper abs,
Knee raise and reverse crunch for your lower abs,
Oblique crunch is effective for 6 packs.
