I just got back from "working out" with a girl that does some work for me.
What a joke! I was kinda obligated to stick with her cause she was doing me a favor by showing me her gym.
She hopped on the elliptical machine for 15min., played with the 10lb dumbells for a few minutes, and hit a couple of ab machines and she was done. She is as misinformed as they come...thinking lifting weights is going to shrink her boobs and make her muscly.
Lately I've been hitting the cardio for 30-40min and the weights for 45-60min several times per week for fatloss. What I got today wasn't even a warmup.
I would bet at least half of the people that work out (many of them women) are just there going through the motions, what do you think?
