Well, seeing as I'm out a gym partner and would like a little motivation, I'm going to give one of these journals a shot!
About me:
Age: 18
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 175lbs
BF%: Don't know for sure, under 15% as a guess.
Routine:
Using the 3 day 5x5 routine done by Iron Addict, found here:

Diet:
My diet is pretty dynamic as of now, and would maybe like to make it more consistant. That being said I only eat natural foods (ie. nothing processed), meaning lots of eggs, meat, milk, veggies/fruit. I attempt to eat every 3 hours.
Cardio:
I don't have many goals for my cardio, except to keep fat levels down and improve my endurance. I normally use my eliptical as it starts to get cold in the winter up here, but once and a while I go to the treadmill at the gym. To be done inbetween workout days.

Basically a warmup day into the routine. I went to find out my 5RM max's. They were disappointing. Summer blows.
Bench: 140x5
Squat: 140x5
Deadlift: 185x5
I lost about 20 pounds over the summer and I'm guessing my strength went with it. I want to see these go much higher this winter, especially my squat 2 bench ratio.

Lateral raise:5x10@12lbs

Didn't do cardio and didn't eat well/enough. I have distractions in life, and hopefully reflecting on this by writing it down will help me .
TODAY
Going to the gym shortly. Already had a shake this morning, gonna eat up first then head out.
