Call me one of the spiritual phucked DJ on here but I feel for your situation.
You should only spend your energy with people who make you feel good - and this is an absolute must when it comes to women because you do open yourself up to becoming vulnerable when you spend time with the opposite sex. Yes, lots of wanna-be-DJ's on here talk up a good sh!t about how they don't get emotionally involved. But then once every week you get someone starting a thread about 'Help, I've Fallen In Love With My Main Plate' and I can't eat it all! LOL.....
So here's the thing - imagine that you have a water bucket, and you have a full bucket of energy to start with each morning you wake up. How do you use that bucket of energy that is consecratedly finite and limited resources of who you are in the best possible way?
Every heard of 'Energy Vampires'? These are the people you interact with, and leave you feeling DRAINED aftewards. How can you tell if someone is negative and is an energy vampire? You FEEL DRAINED afterward talking to them - this is due to an unbalanced exchange of energy - they literally sucked that bucket of energy you have (Attention Whoores, people who can't shut the PHUCK UP and never listen, people puts you down constantly), or a good portion of it leaving you with very little for the rest of your day.
So imagine the more negative people you deal with who does not uplift you, you create a hole at the bottom of your bucket. What happens? Yes, you leak your precious energy little by little. By 3 or 4pm in your day, you have nothing left and just want to die on your couch when you get home. Negative co-workers? Negative friends? B!tches are your plates? Get rid of them.
Spend time only with people who creates happiness in your life - the rest are just garbage. Remember the less energy you have left in your bucket, the less you can create good things in your life. This is called the principle of 'The Law of Attraction' (no, you muthafuuckers, not the pickup artist theories), such as very naively outlined in the popular book 'The Secret'.
Basically - you MUST first work on yourself (as one of the main DJ principles here) to become a better man. Be positive yourself, and you WILL ATTRACT the same type of people into your life in every aspect. Good luck.
Be well.
