Hi I'm 25 and am 6 foot tall and am about 205 or so.

I need to find a program to turn this in to muscle. I want to beef up my arms, chest and abs etc..

I want to get buffed up but not giant meet head style, just built.

Now the thing is I am totaly broke and have no money at the moment to join a gym and only have a couple dumbells that are about 5, 10 and 20 pounds .

Is there a place I can go on the net to find out a program and exercises to do or does any one else have one I should use.

Ok thanks in advance for any help.

nero,

Don't worry about getting a gym membership....

With what you already have, you can make major improvements.

Pushups and situps: no gym required.

Check out this site...

He's been writing books on high intensity training for years. Register on his site and ask questions. He's usually really good about getting back to you.

im sorry but you are not going to put on any real amount of muscle with 20 lb dumbbells. and pushups and sit ups arent going to do anything either. they are ok for fitness i guess, but if you want any real gains in size and strength youre just going to need more

try finding a local high school. most have weight rooms you can use. i know thats where i train, and at school they have a weight room for $23 a semester which isnt bad

Mr Fitness is right. To get any real gains in muscle size and strength, you're going to have to hit the weights.
