Need to Cure My One-Itis!!!

Hi guys,
I myself could probably think of a bunch of things to say to my own post but I am trying to apply as much field work from here as possible but I have got one nasty case of one-itis. Does anybody have any tips of getting rid of this one girl fancying bull sh1t?

For me, only thing is no-contact and talking to other girls/going out. There's no mentally crawling out of it, no matter how 'enlightened' or knowledgeable of 'pick-up' you are. You let the ego get HIGH with fantasy, and you gotta detox that motherf*cker.
