Week 2, Day 2

Had a convo tonight! I went out to my local club. I always like to dance like crazy and did so tonight. Had a great time. I saw some chicks, HB8 and HB7 who noticed me dancing and later that night, I went outside and they were also outside. I stood there looking around, trying to find my friend. HB8 said she saw that I had a lot of fun dancing. I smiled and agreed. Then I walked over and we started talking about where they went, which clubs they like, etcetera, I used some C+F when I said I get into any club, I'm taller than the bouncer

The convo took little over 2 minutes. I didn't make it to the shops today, I had a class till 5 'o clock, had dinner and I was very tired afterwards. Tomorrow I also need to study and also have a birthday party of a friend. Saturday I will go to the city and get some convo's going.

Week 2 Day 2 (continued)

Talked to another chick today, she was probably a 5. She wasn't an eye sore, but she wasn't really a piece of eye candy either.

Anyway, did some basic convo with her. How old are you, what school do you go to, etc. She seemed kind of interested, she went out of her way to say bye and smile to me about 30 min. after the original conversation, which I take as a good sign. If she were 2 or 3 points higher on the HB scale, I probably would have gone for the number.

So that's two down, eight left to go. Seems like a good start so far. Better than last weeks attempt. I've set myself a goal to get in 2 more convos tomorrow.

week 2 day 2

i got two convos today that were actually over two minutes. one with a girl in the library when my friends and i (our job is to check people into the library) made up fake a sing in sheet to get girls number [NAME: TELE.#: YEAR: ID:], we did this all in humor. we put some fake names down for padding and got a total of two girls to sing it and put their numbers down.

anyway, i got into a convo with a girl that was smart enough to know it was fake (why are there only girls names on there?). she's kinda pretty, i chatted with her for about 2-3 minutes trying to convince her that the sing in was mandatory, she smiled and put down her number as 555 555 555. heh. i started another convo with her when i went back to my check in desk at the front and she came over to blow her nose. she did it right by my desk so i said, "eew, that's disgusting.", which i think caught her off guard, and we engaged in another 1 min convo/argument.

next convo was with my new wresting coach, i purpousely ask him for a ride home after practice to practice my conversation skills. the ride was about 10 minutes long, and we talked the entire time, about wrestling of course.

I took a book from the shelf beside him and asked him how much the book costs. Then we talked for 3-4 min.

seems like i am in the lead with convos with random ppl this week 3 convos today make it total of 6 convos first was some guy in my weight trainging class started to talk about losing weight snd stuff the second person was a girl in math class. my sit was moved cuz i talk too much to this friend who sits next to me even tho she was the one who is talking to me first the teacher blamed me for it so i talk to this other girl who i dont kno about. i asked her what school she came from wat grade and a lil chat *i notice all my friends assume that i am flirting when ever i talk to a girl i dont kno well or somtimes even close female friends that i kno very well* (interesting) the third convo was library i had to tutor ppl *sigh* but no one ever show up its only me and one of my friend. i was bored and i saw this girl reading by herself i told my friend "yo i am bored so i am going to make some new friends, brb" my friend gave me this (wat r u trying to do) look i walk towards the girl (at this time my friend had a*wait he is not gonna talk to that girl is he* look) and i asked her if she is in the honor society (which is wat i am in thats y i had to tutor) she didnt kno wat i was talking about so i ask her other stuff and i took a sit and started talking to her. the convo when preety well but i think she was a lil confuse when i end the convo cuz she was about to ask me for my name after i ask hers but she didnt( i knew she was about to say "whats urs" but except she only got to wha... and she stop). so i told her my name. i walked back to my friend, he was confused he was like wats that all about? lol

week 2 day 3

well, lately most of my convos have been comming from the library. my friends and i did the same thing we did yesterday when checking people into the library, we recreated the fake sing in sheet [NAME: TELE.#: YEAR: ID:], it's just hilarious seeing girls' reactions when they get to the tele.#. anyway, i got 2 more convos today, i really don't feel like getting into details, but i must say, i think the reason one of the girls was so receptive was becasue she accidentally saw me half naked (waist up. heh) a couple of days before when i came out of the wrestling locker room topless, keep in mind that i have a very atheletic/attractive build, she tried to check me out, i saw her.

AWAY FROM THE CONVOS--remember the drunk chick? now, u remember her friend, the one in my math class? well, she is digging me big time right now, she refused to sing her number on the sheet when she came into the library (of course if i approached her one on one i'm almost positive i would get it), and took it upon herself to sing her friend's name (the drunk) and of course not her number, i guess out of fear that if she signed it herself she might actually put her number and i will find more interest in her (the drunk) than i do in her. a little later, while at the desk, i glanced accross the room to meet a waiting stare from this girl, we held eye contact for a good 7 sec, she smiled and i smiled, someone got in the way, she poked her head around and kept on smiling. she gave me a lot of other singnals but i'm too lazy to write right now.

week 2 day 4

well, today i hung out with my brother and his friends, they had a crack-head lady buy us some liquor, and we took it back to my friend's house. my friend and i don't drink so we watched as the three of them gulped it down by the glass.

fifteen minutes later, they are drunk of their asses. a while later we decided to go downtown like we did last weekend to hang out and possibly get some numbers. while there we walked around and held our heads down as one of my obnoxious drunk friends yelled at the top of his lungs at people we passed...this one girl gave him the finger and he told her to shove it up her ass, heh. it's funny now that i think of it but it was quite embarrasing then. my sober friend and i ditched them but ended up running into them again and we all went into a Burger King where i spoke to a girl for a while and then got her number. my friends now see me as a "pimp", especially the obnoxious one, he insited that i tell him what i said to her, i don't remember it word for word but it went something like this:

[we enter burger king, i see her sitting with a friend, she appeared receptive so i walked over]

me: hi
[ i sit beside her]
her: hi
me: how are you?
her: i'm fine
me: nice, what's your name?
her: gitta
me: origional, i like it, i'm Ray.
[she gives me a big smile as we shake hands]
me: so do u go to the university (there's one near by)?
her: [still smiling] no
me: oh, ur out of college (she looks/behaves very mature)?
her:[giggling] no, try high school, Stevenson High School
me: seriously, you're in high school?...wow, u look a lot more mature.
her: [laughing] really, how much older did you think i was?
me: well i would have believed you if you told me you were out of college.

[ her friends call to her and tell her they are leaving]

her: i have to go, it was nice meeting you
[ i was about to let her go without asking for the number but something inside me said, get it boy! so as she attempted to walk away from me, i took her hand, she turned around to face me]
me: let me get your number
her: sure [smile]
[ i reached for the pen and paper in my pocket and gave it to her, she wrote her name and number down and gave them back to me, i was almost about to say "thank you" when my dj kicked in and changed it to a light "cool"]
her: what's your name again?
me: ray
her: [smile] it was nice meeting you. bye [she exited]

obnoxious friend: daamn, you're lucky as hell man that's two weeks in a row, what the hell did you tell her?
me: [smile] did you read the thing (DJ Bible) i told you to download?
obnoxious friend: not yet...


we then hopped the train and went home.

Week 2, Days 1, 2 & 3

Well, I am still here, but things are not going well on this front.
Street wandering plans were spoiled by... rain, which has no intention of ceasing in the next few weeks.

On day 1 I missed a golden opportunity to get conversations by having a friend with me in the train station. All trains were about 1 hr. late due to damages caused by rain (duh) and the station looked like a refugee camp. It would have been very easy to sit next to a HB and talk about the sittuation.

The rest of day 1 and most of day 2 were made into failures doe to me staying in my father's village of which he is 20% of the total population.

The rest of day 2 and most of day 3 I stayed in a slightly larger town, but rain removed everyone from the streets and I didn't know about many other places to go (most shops were closed). I had a long conversation with one of my mother's friends, but I won't count it because he was not technically a complete stranger.

Later on day 3 I took a train, and found there a girl who had gone to my school a couple of years back. I never had related much to her, but we had a nice conversation all the way. I thought of asking the # but didn't because she lives in Barcelona, which is a bit far from me and it is unlikely we are going to see eachother again. Probably I should have gone for it anyway. Doesen't count because she's not a complete stranger, still.
Again campus and the student's residence are desertic because most are away on sunday.

So far... 0 conversations. I'm getting a bit desperate now. I'm going to take every chance I get to take a cofee, and sit next to someone in the faculty's bar which is always full. If I can't sleep at night because of the cofee all the better, I'll get out and converse with the hookers.
Actually I won't, because it will be raining.

yesterday sucked my friends have a bottle of liquor in my car and got busted luckily we only got 2 summons each one of my friend got 3 cuz he was caught taking a piss in the tree when the police came(we parked by the dark road so they can smoke*sigh*). i could have lost the car and arrested so no convo yesterday and today i am still a shock from yesterday so stay home all day

Went to my hometown. In the train I commented on some things people said. Exchanged a few words, but it wasn't really a convo.

At night I went to a party of a friend. Had a convo with two chicks there and some other guys, had a good time

Went looking for a new car with my dad. Didn't get any convo's.

Week 2, Day 5

Today I had to study for a test tomorrow and didn't go anywhere except for McD's. I wanted to just sit next to some chicks and start a convo but there were only couples or parents and children there.

Well, time's running out and still got a lot of convo's to do. Added to that, I'm also quite busy studying.

Tomorrow I'm gonna make some convo's with some other students who also do the test.

heheh. Evo, i'm kinda worried about the impression we're giving the world about american teens. yesterday my friends also smoked (almost the entire time), attempted to climb a tree for absolutely no reason (the fat obnoxious one broke a limb and almost fell on his face), pissed in the streets as they walked and when i mentioned that we hopped the train, i meant that literally. well, it was hilarious nonetheless, we were spotted by a cursier while jumping the fences to hop the train, which scared the living crap out of us, but for some unknow reason, we weren't pursued.

Well this **** is harder than i tought!

I was at the gym today got one convo from a guy again that brings me up to 3 convos.

Plus i was on a small date with this girl i been chating with on the net, we talked about one hour. Let me tell about her, she is very shy and she almost diden't come to the date.. Well i played it cool with this one, she coulden't belive how calm and cool i was... So opened her up after 10 minutes she talked to me like i was her friend from kindergraden or something...

Now today, i been talking to this nice girl on MSN just as friends. Cause she told me that she have a boyfriend and all, but i was quick to show my sexual desire anyway....

So we have talked for some weeks now, and she tells that she is curious about me and she wants to see me. So i told her that i have some time tonight we can go out and shoot some pool. She tells me okey fine, but wants me to call her first. So i called her and charmed her even more, she tells me how "Cute" i'am.. bahhh

Anyway we are going tonight. For myslef i don't expect much, just gonna have fun, and be ****y and funny. I want to see how long this will get me =)

Hey everyone

I have decided to join this boot camp if thats alright, i know ill be starting a week late but i dont mind. I am in highschool so it will be interesting to keep tabs with you Nickel.

Right now i am on lunch and at the computer in the library, i am a very shy person so today im going to work on eye contact only then i will try and get my hi's the following days. So far i found it pretty hard to keep eye contact with random people however i am determined and it will get done!

week 2 day 5 well i am bouncing right back up after a whole day yesterday thinking to myself" ok u goona take a day off from wat happened saturday night but when monday comes u r gonna resume ur BC in becoming a DJ, do wat u have to do to reach the goal and dont let those 2 tickets delay urself to becoming DJ" and today in italian class i talked to this girl that i said hi to her during week one of BC and i tried to start convos with her but its been only like 30 sec long. so today i really had a convo with her about 5 mins long. but i am not counting it cuz i said hi and try to start convo with her b4. in the library (tutor) i talked a guy and a girl. so i had 2 convos today. i am trying to finish my last 2 tomoro (o the girl i talked to last time in the library the one i appoarched after telling my friend i am bored so i am gonna make some new friends) i saw her today and she waved at me. so i know i didnt scared her like wat my friend said after i end the convo with her friday.

Week 2 Day 5

Had 2 convo's yesterday. Weren't very interesting, they were kinda short (though they were +2 min.) both were with guys when we were just standing around in line waiting to buy something.

Week 2 Day 6

One convo today. A chick (I'd say a solid 7) comes in the room and I do some basic convo with her. She was looking for something and I offered to help her find it. Made her laugh a lot, she seemed in a really good mood.

That brings me to 5. I'll probably go out to the library or something a little later, and try to get 2 or 3 more convo's in to ease the load for tomorrow. We've been having soo much rain here (d*mn pacific northwest) which makes it even harder to get out and execute this stuff.


A question though .. what do you do about girls in groups? Like say you want to approach a certain girl, but she's surrounded by a few of her friends. I have trouble approaching girls that i already KNOW when they are surrounded by their friends!
